I got a great deal on a car from this dealership. I have taken my cars to this dealership for service for years and have received excellent service and repairs.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

Gordon with Audi SM was responsive and helpful (in email) to questions about the vehicle. When we visited the dealership on 4/15, we didn't have an appointment, just stopped by to look at the car. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, we test drove the car while Gordon was on his way to the dealership. All questions were answered, and they were easy to work with. Each person we interacted with was helpful, and did what they said they would do. Great customer service.

HUGE selection of cars. They have a row of just luxury and sport cars. The prices may be a little bit on the upper end, but overall a great dealership.

I got a message back within a hour or so from the dealer to get more info on a car my family was interested in. We were then assigned to Noah Phillips. He is very patient and kind, and willing to answer all of our questions. Because we’re out of state, it added more work for him but he persevered, even getting the dealer to agree to help fix some items on the car for us, which led to a sold car deal for him and a new (to us) car for us! The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

I was in the market to buy a newer used car, and I stopped by All Star Auto to check out a couple of cars I had found online. Johnny was my initial contact, and I could tell from my first visit that he would give it to me straight, no BS, and he wasn't pushy in the slightest. Very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, and I ended up going to look on three different occasions, eventually settling on one that I liked. The buying process was very quick and painless, I believe I was in and out of the office in half an hour total (from the price agreement to the document signing). And their dealership administration fee is substantially lower than some of the other dealerships I checked out. Also, they offered to fix my loose driver's side handle for free a week after I had already purchased the car. Overall, their customer service is great (Johnny especially) and I had a great buying experience. I will definitely go back in the future when I'm in the market again.

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

Audi needs to do something about center console storage and arm rest it is very poorly design and the glove compartments and other cup holder are not commensurate with theamout of design that went into this car

Oakes Kia had a 2024 Mustang GT with all the options I was looking for. I have been in automotive sales and sales management for 6 years. So I am incredibly critical when on this side of the transaction. That being said this was the best car buying experience I have had in my life and its not even close. Blake Reynolds was my salesperson and he was amazing. Responded to all my questions promptly and with enthusiasm. Sent me a great video of the car before my arrival. Had it cleaned and full of gas when I got there. He had me geniuinely excited to do business with them. Blake and his manager Christian were very transparent and fair during negotiations. I geniunely feel like I got a great deal. Since I am in the business I am very familiar with vehicle values, so not only do I feel like I got a great deal, I actually know I got a great deal so if you're considering shopping here I can tell you it is most likely a great deal! They are a volume dealer so they don't try to make much money per client. That is great for the client lol. I absolutely love this car! It has all the bells and whistles of a luxury sports car. The front seat massagers are the best! It is such a smart car and does everything for you. It has the most smooth ride and practically sound proof inside. The sound system is one of the best I've ever had. The different suspensions are the best for snow, 4x4, sport so you can customize your ride. Highly recommend!!

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.
