This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I live in New York State and bought a car from them sight unseen. I took a chance because they had the exact car I wanted and the other dealerships around me had a lower trim car at a higher price. Not only was the price great, they offered me more for my trade. Not only that! They ate most of the cost to ship the car to me! They could have really scammed me being of state. But the car came exactly as they said. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect car! They salesman Celso was great to work with and sent me videos and pictures when I asked. Anyone in Kansas should buy from them and I will recommend out of state buyers to buy from them as well!

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

I love driving my wife's SQ5, we test drove the non S. All Q5 have a very comfortable ride, sharp handling and great acceleration. I have 23 dodge charger r/t daytona and I'm very impressed my wife's q5.

I recently had a challenging experience with my new Audi RS7 when it unexpectedly broke down and had to be towed. I initially contacted another Audi dealership, but they informed me they couldn’t even look at my car for two weeks. Frustrated & in a panic (my car was heading towards KS in a tow truck) I called Audi Shawnee Mission, and that’s when I was fortunate enough to speak with Michele M. in the service department. From the moment she answered the phone, Michele was incredibly understanding and soothing. She reassured me that they would take care of my car right away, even though the repairs turned out to be more extensive than anticipated but thankfully covered under warranty. What truly set Michele apart was her constant communication throughout the process. She kept me informed step-by-step, and if there was ever a question about something I had mentioned or requested, she made sure to clarify before proceeding. I found this attention to detail and respect for my preferences extremely professional and considerate. Now, my RS7 drives like a dream—better than ever, and I didn’t realize how much I was missing until it was repaired. While I hope I won’t need any significant repairs in the future, I know that for all my maintenance and service needs, Audi Shawnee Mission, and specifically Michele, will be my first choice. The care, respect, and understanding I received made a stressful situation much more manageable. Michele made me feel valued, not just another customer to be pushed aside. I drove 4 hours from out of state to come look at a Volkswagen. When I arrived they had the car defrosted and warmed up. While at the lot I spotted a Lexus and ended up looking into that car. I decided I wanted the car and Joe was very helpful and got the deal done. I was in and out and on the way back to Arkansas in about an hour from the time I decided this was the car I wanted. The dealership was very clean, service was top notch and very personable.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

Everyone was nice. Very professional. Didn't check fluids though. Didn't check tire pressure. Overall it was a good place and the people were cool as xxxx

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

buying a car is a stressful adventure. We want the right car, a fair deal, and questions answered. I knew which car I wanted and to the salesman’s credit he did not try to up sell me to a new or more expensive car. I live in Oklahoma in a town to small for an Acura dealership. I wa therefore shopping online. The car they delivered was as nice if not nicer than the on line pictures. I left some important things in the console and they were shipped to me promptly. The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Gordon with Audi SM was responsive and helpful (in email) to questions about the vehicle. When we visited the dealership on 4/15, we didn't have an appointment, just stopped by to look at the car. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, we test drove the car while Gordon was on his way to the dealership. All questions were answered, and they were easy to work with. Each person we interacted with was helpful, and did what they said they would do. Great customer service.

Very prompt with contracting and delivery of the vehicle. Customer service was exceptional and we were in and out in less than an hour. Our sales rep was very nice and easy to talk to, and the dealership wasn’t pushy at all like so many dealerships.
