I shopped several large dealerships in the area and the quality of service that I received here was second to none, I have never had a manager so quickly come out and help and make us feel at home... I met the new and used car managers and they treated me like family!! the deal was fair and upfront. First off, I have to comment on how safe I feel driving the car especially on the highway at higher speeds. It gives me peace of mind given that I transport my six grandchildren routinely. The car is extremely comfortable but I’m a short individual and have to sit fairly close to the dashboard. A right-hand armrest that could be raised and lowered as needed would enhance my comfort since I don’t reach the center console while driving. In addition a seat bolster that inflated the sides of the seat would enhance the car’s comfort for someone of my stature. A bit more storage room in the center console would be nice but I absolutely love the phone charging pad which does take up some of the room in the console. In addition, I love that the car verbally tells you if you leave your cell phone behind as you exit the car; that’s awesome! The stereo system is incredible, and the fact that you can modify and personalize the screens for your favorites enhances the car’s ease of use. The ride is so smooth you need to watch your speed because the car is quiet, and accelerates readily. I absolutely love this car.

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

I purchased this vehicle preowned. For the price I paid, this vehicle definitely was worth it! As a former Lexus owner, I am accustomed to leather heated seats and other amenities, but I am definitely impressed with the speed in which the vehicle is able to leap into moving traffic on the highway. There is ample legroom for backseat passengers, even while I (at 5'10 ) am driving. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my Audi Q3.

Great service after the sell. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with service, but their bathrooms. There are MANY of us out there with fragrance issues. The air freshener was so strong in the bathroom, I got an immediate migraine. But, they did take great care of my car

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

We love Crain Hyundai in NLR. We bought a new Santa Fe and the General Manager was fantastic. Zero Pressure and we were treated so much better than we were when we were looking at a similar vehicle at another dealer. Please do yourself and go see Brad Buie and his team!
