The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Just leased a new car from Burnsville Volkswagen. It was the 6th car either purchased or leased from them. Aaron Stephens was our sales consultant. He did a marvelous job of providing answers and questions throughout the long process to get our first EV. He answered all questions calmly and factually. Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

My experience with Land Rover Jaguar Richfield was excellent. Janna was incredibly responsive and proactive from my very first virtual interaction. When I first inquired on a previously owned Range Rover via Cars.com, it turned out to not be quite the package I wanted. (My mistake; I hadn’t noticed the rose gold accents. No thank you.) Still, Janna heard exactly what I was looking for and offered to keep an eye out. A week later -- voila! -- she informs me of a "unicorn" that had just come in. We made an appointment to test drive a BMW diesel while we were in town visiting relatives. Dan was very accommodating and had the car all ready for us. He has a low-key, no pressure approach. We ultimately didn't end up buying the vehicle, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Dan in the future.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

This is my first time buying a vehicle cross-country without ever seeing the vehicle. Drive Appeal did everything they could to assist me in the best way possible. They took extra photos for me, they added extra information in writting to further guarantee it's condition, and they provided a recommended shipping company and gauranteed a low shipping price. The only reason they are not getting a full 5 stars is that we were both a little frustrated with the process of buying a vehicle out of state, dealing with personal checks, and signing documents over the internet. All in all, they have made my transaction as easy as possible and I recommend them as a dealer. I have yet to receive my vehicle, and if I need to, I may adjust this review.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.
