Love my Audi Q5!! It’s the Best car I have ever owned. Great on highways with a ultra smooth ride. Great gas mileage and love love the interior. Sunroof is to die for (it spans the whole ceiling) It has great trunk storage (both back seats fold down) that can hold a lot!! Furniture, tables, etc. I have had mine for 7 years. It’s a forever car!!

I was in the market for an Acura MDX and found one (certified) on Beaver Chevrolet website for a very competitive price. I called and got Rich King in sales and am so thankful that he picked up the call. He was personable, professional, informed, and a straight shooter!! I told him the vehicle I was interested in and the specifics (money down, monthly payment etc) I needed to make it work. He went over the car fax w me and I put a deposit on it to hold as sold. This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Well I didn't get a car because I let them know about my bad experience with other dealerships they wanted to still come in but I told One of the dealers i Will think about it but right now I don't know if I can trust another car dealership

I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.

Had my first oil change and tire rotation. Michelle was polite and very nice always smiling. Patrick the gentleman that did the work was awesome. I didn't meet him but his video of my car was upbeat and energetic. He had me laughing and confident my car was in good hands. They loose one star because not sure who the gentleman outside moving cars but he was not friendly on this day. He saw me and another person waiting in our cars no acknowledgment no can I help. When I asked do we go inside to drop off he just said yeah with a bad attitude. Sorry for the question the last time I was there I was asked to drive through and they take our car. He was just overly rude.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout. Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

Allan did an amazing job of helping me get info on cars and CarMax process. Ultimately they didn't have the car I wanted but I did end up selling my used Kia there. Kim was amazing and super pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process exchange. Will use them in the future 100% if I need to.

It's great the ride is very quiet and comfortable, smooth and it will get you a speeding ticket. Audi has a great warranty on their vehicles.
