I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

At 20 years old, I bought a truck I had always wanted. Unfortunately, with how far I live from work, I put miles on it faster than I could pay it down. As a result, it lost value quicker than I could keep up, and I felt stuck. Bryce Barnes was amazing to work with. He not only helped me get out of that truck, but also got me into a car with much better fuel efficiency that truly fits my needs. What meant a lot to me is that this car still reminds me of my truck — it has a similar feel and spaciousness, which was important because I loved everything about my truck. I’ve always been, and always will be, a truck girl — but this car is genuinely me, and it’s been amazing so far. I also want to thank the entire Mazda team. 2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

The 2nd car I purchased from John. Good honest salesman. Did everything I asked of him and the owner gave me a very fair trade on my old Kia. Will buy from them again.
