Made an appointment earlier this week, great visit with Chris got the price we wanted to sell out usedVW. Today I I tried to call and make an appointment to bring the car back and complete the deal. I found no way on line or getting through to a live person to set up an appointment. If I had you woud get an easy 5 star rating.

Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

I purchased this vehicle when I traded in my 2021 Acura RDX. I like it because the Audi Q3 is smaller than my Acura. So far, the Audi has been a pleasure to drive. We'll see if I still feel the same way in a year or two. Hope so!

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

I contacted this dealership through e mails and had some questions as to the truck I was looking at and the salesmen Bryce Do answered all of them in a timely fashion. About five days later I drove up from Richmond ( 85 miles) to look at the truck and Bryce worked with me, so I left with a new ( used) truck that day. Good job

We were shopping online for a second car. We found one that we liked at Nova Cars. We live about 4 hours away so we had a lot of questions. Michael, the owner was very helpful in making our decision to come test drive the car. The experience was very comfortable, no pressure and no big sales pitch. There was one thing we didn't see in the pictures, Gerardo our sales representative, helped us with that and the conclusion was very fair! We also had a small problem on the way home and they took care of that too. The deal was exactly what we were told plus they took care of us after the sale, they didn't have to do anything. 2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

They were kind and efficient. The battery was weak because they had the car for a while. They replaced the battery after the sale was finished.

I was very unsure about stepping out get a car that I will own without a co signer I’m very grateful I was able to do it by myself

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

Kevin was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we started communicating when I filled out an online inquiry, until after my purchase everything was seamless. I love driving my wife's SQ5, we test drove the non S. All Q5 have a very comfortable ride, sharp handling and great acceleration. I have 23 dodge charger r/t daytona and I'm very impressed my wife's q5.

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .
