Tempe Honda. What can I say? I have nothing but good things to say now. As a loyal Honda customer, I am heavily impressed with Tempe Honda, specifically Lou Sofre. To start, my wife's car was totaled a couple months ago and we finally got paid out, and I talked her into a Honda. She wanted a new HRV, so we went searching in the worst possible time with the chip shortage. we went to one dealer (not going to name names) in the morning, who tried to market adjust a base HRV 6 grand and told us they couldn't bring it down. We called Tempe Honda and they could get us in a car that same day with no market adjustments. When we tried to tell the Honda dealer we were currently sitting at, they told us that the deal wasn't real. Well, we got to Tempe Honda, and ended up with a great deal on a brand new 2022 HRV. This buying experience with Lou, was simple, quick, easy and very fair. So much so, that I decided to make the plunge and purchase my first ever car with Lou and Tempe Honda too. Lou went out of his way to make sure that a bad experience I had with the service center in 2018 was addressed and would not happen in the future, and I could not be happier with my brand new 2022 Civic sport hatchback. Very strong trade In values for cars as well, with very hassle free negotiation. Lou also put up with my two weeks of constant texts about the car as I was impatiently waiting for it to come from the factory. Car turned out beautiful. So thank you to Lou Sofre and the Tempe Honda team, 5/5 would buy a car again, would recommend anyone looking to buy a Honda to go through Tempe Honda.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

Love this dealership as they are very responsive and professional to all our needs. We are lucky to have them close by to our home. David is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally, he is not a typical salesman. He is not one of those high pressure car salesmen that calls every other day. He tells you all about the car and the features, answers any questions and gives you space to make an educated decision based on your needs! In over 40 years of buying cars, David is the best I have ever seen! Mia did an excellent job on showing me how everything worked and set my phone up for the car. This was important as these cars are highly technical. Great experience! Great dealership! I would recommend them highly!

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I took my XC60 Recharge in for it annual maintenance and explained I was having trouble with the heater in the pure drive mode. Just said he knew what the problem was and would take a look. the 2022 car was still under warranty and they were able to replace the parts and fix the problem as well as do the annual maintenance. This is the third time I've had the car into their service shop and I've always been quite satisfied. They have a very nice waiting room, so bring you phone and/or computer. Geoff Durango Colorado

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

I purchased a C8 convertible about 1 1/2 years ago from Autoboom. They were clear about price and doc fee. I purchased a 3-year warranty which I never do, but the price was right and I've used it 2x for small issues and every mechanic accepted the warranty. I would purchase from this dealership again and likely will.

Bought a Fusion from Jesse Guajardo yesterday. In the process I’d been to other dealerships where the employees literally stood outside and followed my car before I even parked but this was nothing like that. It was laid back and comfortable. Jesse is a great dude who was honest throughout the whole deal. He was not pushy but informative. I’d personally recommend him to anybody looking for a vehicle.

To me these reviews all sound like everyone wants what they want this is a business that’s selling used cars a tip to help new buyers. You are given a 500 mile or 15 day warranty take the car you buy down to the original dealership or any mechanic have them do a over all inspection if anything is wrong with the car that the warranty covers take it back to the place you bought it from and they are legally obligated to fix it at their expense not yours because it falls under the warranty also make sure you buy GAP INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER EXTENDED WARRANTIES REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR MONEY AND INVESTMENT!!!!! I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.
