LaFontaine Buick GMC of Lansing review
It was my fault for not checking the tires before I signed the contract. Even though I returned to the dealership with my concerns about the tires on my truck?s condition and the service manager gave me 50%off a set of four tires saving me about $645 and that?s what I call great service after the fact.

Always a wonderful experience! Was quoted an amazing price to have some scratches buffed out on both sides of my vehicle, and when I picked it up it looked better than when I bought it! The people at Feldman are incredible!! Appreciate them greatly!!

Working with Nina is always great. She always takes care of her customers. My only negative is the emails after asking me to give the dealership a 10/10. I hear your salesman hounding people for this in the service department and on the sales floor. That is the epitome of terrible customer service. If you are great, the experience should speak for itself, you should not have to guilt people into doing it for you. Outside of that, my experience at the actual dealership is always top notch.

They were a bit backed up when I dropped off my car, but once they were able to look at it, the turnaround was fast and the repair was very well done. Nice people and easy to work with! They handled the Silver Rock insurance for me, and did a great job overall. :)

Unlimited Motors FishersReviews
Unlimited Motors Fishers review
I worked with Tim Smith at Unlimited Motors to purchase my Toyota 4Runner. He was extremely helpful, very courteous made me feel that he truly cared about getting me the right deal for the SUV I wanted. He made the process very simple and very relaxed - I have been to other dealerships and worked with pushy salesman, and Tim was opposite of that! I would absolutely recommend purchasing from Tim!
