We worked with JJ Johns and he went out of his way to find just what we were looking for, and got creative in terms and affordability that fit our needs and wants. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of the SUV, performance and features. Friendly, and no high pressure sales job. Highly recommend JJ and love our new Hyundai (our 4th)

JJ was a great help in purchasing just the right car for us. We found the car online. It had to be small, light in weight and a manual transmission. We traveled to Logan to check it out and were very pleased with the cute, bright red, FIAT POP. Thanks, Murdock

West Motor Company - Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Gordon Palmer and the crew at West Motor in Preston, ID are fantastic! We live in Star Valley, WY, two hours away from Preston. We were in the market for a slightly used Dodge Journey. I had been in contact with several other dealers, including the Dodge dealer in Star Valley, but Gordon gave us the best rate and the best price on a 2016 Journey! We wanted to trade in our 99 Chevy Suburban as part of our down payment on the new vehicle. On the way to Preston, my three-year-old daughter got car sick going over Immigration Pass and puked in the car. We didn't have the means to clean it up sufficiently, but Gordon was really cool about it. He gave us rags and towels to help us get it cleaned up once we got to the dealer and they still gave us a good trade-in value. The purchasing process was really simple and the wait was not long at all. Gordon was really friendly and professional and he most definitely knows what he's doing. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else! They even topped off the vehicle for us before we made the two-hour trek back home. He gave us two fobs for our Journey, but one of them wasn't working. When we went back to get a new one, Gordon was very accommodating and even reimbursed us for the fuel we spent to drive back over there! I'm very impressed with Gordon Palmer and West Motor Company in Preston, ID! If I ever need service on my vehicle or am in the market for a new Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram, I'm most definitely going back to West Motor Company!!

After much internet and actual vehicle shopping, I went to Hunzeker Ford in Preston Idaho. Not only were they honest and fair with me but I got the exact vehicle, a Ford Fusion, for less than anywhere else. This entire dealership bent over backwards to make sure all of my needs were met and beyond the sale, they have made sure I was still happy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will be loyal with my family's business for years to come. THANK YOU HUNZEKER FORD!

The service department was great about keeping me informed about how things were going. It was a warranty transmission repair, and they provided me with a car to drive while my was being repaired. It was just a little rough to be without my car for 3 weeks, but I knew from daily updates how things were going which helped a lot.

Rich's Cars N CreditReviews
Rich's Cars N Credit review
I visited Murdock and one other car dealership before I went to Rich's and all of the salesmen were complete crooks. If they weren't showing me vehicles that I could not afford, they were changing the prices of 20 year old vehicles with max mileage. After hours of Murdock being me, I finally made my way to Rich's and was amazed at how helpful Jacob, Steven, and Rich were. I am a single mother with less than perfect credit and this staff bent over backwards to make it work. They found me a vehicle for a great price with payments that I can afford. Not only was my experience at the dealership absolutely amazing but after the fact they have continued to take care of me. There were a couple issues that I noticed after I drove the car off of the lot and they simply told me to take the car into car smart and they would cover the cost. I got a copy of the work that was done and the bill that was being charged to Rich's and I almost started crying. There is absolutely no way I would have been able to afford that out of my pocket and I would have again been without a save and working vehicle. I am astonished at how respectful, honest, and kind Jacob and the rest of the staff at Rich's are. I truly appreciate everything they've done for me. I would recommend these guys over anyone else in the valley

Urban Motors BlueReviews
Urban Motors Blue review
This purchase from Urban Motors was my first sight unseen experience. Tyler was extremely patient answering all of my texts, of which there were many. I appreciated his willingness to work hard with a distant purchaser. The delivery truck arrived on time- thanks for making a stressful purchase work well!
