I drove three hours roundtrip when there is a dealership less than a mile away and it was well worth the time and effort. The whole process, and in particular the delivery, was everything that buying a luxury vehicle should be. Great dealership experience. I came in expecting disappointment due to my situation. Upside down, low credit and low down payment and they were able to hook me up with a deal, I am still shocked. My experience was nothing less that world class. I was only looking when I found my dream car. The team took the time to answer all of my questions on multiple visits and walked me through everything from start to finish. I even meet the service team who also took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, I have never in the 28 plus years of buying cars had such a pleasant experience. The inventory is vast and so finding my dream car was tough to narrow down but I ended up leaving with exactly what I was looking for. I have purchased 2 Bentley Bentaygas. New 2018 and recenty a certified 2019 Bentagayga. The experience was great, not just saying that either. They came from ft laud to port st Lucie twice to fix some very small details I was obsessed with. The car was replaced with a nice loaner and the work was perfect. I have had millions of dollars worth of cars and had some bad experiences, these folks care and strive to make you happy and earn your business

Best buying experience I have had in a long time. Found the car online and hashed out the details via text and phone, so when we picked up the vehicle, we were in and out in under an hour. I read some great reviews for Bentley Indianapolis and some not so good, so I got scared...initially we were going to have the car shipped to our house, so I decided going there in person was best. I found the people working there very nice and not pretentious. Our car was in great condition and was exactly what was described online and in the video/photos.
