Worked with alex long. He was upfront with me on the jaguar xk that i was interested in. He replaced the top, at their expense, and shipped the jaguar to my location in ft myers. Had the pleasure working with Ihsan Alhaffar. Can’t say enough but will be real clear; best salesman I’ve ever worked with, and that’s dozens and dozens of cars, from exotic to domestic. Put it this way, I came in prepared to buy a 80k car and Ihsan talked with me about my wants and needs and I bought a 40k car. Talk about unheard of…the best experience. Also, their inventory is top quality used, not the local exotic chop shops.

Bentley Indianapolis review
Started my trade-in with another dealership that my wife and I disappointedly walked away from. We noticed a Mercedes at Bentley down the street from the other dealership and called and spoke with Ihsan. We laid out what we were looking for on our trade in and Ihsan was able to work within reason on getting us close to what we wanted, with no hassle or games that some experience. The presentation of the car for the test drive was excellent, the communication was great, and the sales process was a smooth and pressure free as a buyer could ask for. 2019 Bentley Bentayga review
Its an excellent SUV with comfort and performance, definitely recommend it. Its a bit quite ride than I prefer therefore I am getting a Lamborghini Urus Pearl Capsule Edition.

I recently purchased A 2018 Alpina B7 from Ray at Motor Cars Of Chicago. When I purchased the car I made it clear to Ray that I was going to be in need of the title in ASAP fashion – Ray said I’d have the title within two weeks and boy did I just like he said he fulfilled the promise he made no questions asked. Also on the way home after taking delivery, I had a very minor problem that turned out to be a bad battery. Ray was unaware of when we took delivery of the car – Ray didn’t hesitate he reimbursed me for the batteries I had to have installed at the BMW dealer by the BMW dealer. He said the car was flawless and he stood behind that statement. Ray is very straightforward and no xx perhaps not full of warm fuzzies for everyone but a great way to do business, especially in the luxury and highline car business. I find Ray to be honorable direct and stand up and we’ll do business with him again if I had any reservations about doing business with them before this transaction, they are all completely gone and yours should be too. Thank you, Ray for a great transaction and a great automobile.
