Best Experience I have had purchasing an automobile. Salesmen was a young professional who knew the product inside and out and was quick to alert and educate me on all of the nuances of the car, an AMG SL-55. Said goodbye to my beloved 2016 Porsche Panamera GTS because of my dislike of the styling of the current model, especially the rear and, but even more so, the "Teslafication" of the interior (spartan v. the rich look and feel of my 2016). Now I have simply taken the chassis, engine and PDK transmission from the Panamera turbo and had a custom Coach builder wrap an exquisite body and interior around and on it, like in the 1920s! Of course there is much more to it than that but it is not so far off the mark. Never saw, road in or drove anything quite so beautiful and wonderful --in every way -- hence the all-fives stars. Apart from one issue with the battery, which was replaced, absolutely nothing was or has gone wrong in this complex and magnificent machine.

I think I know just about everyone there by first name. Sometimes when I’m in the area and just stop by to say hello. This is truly a 5 STAR DEALERSHIP Earlier this week, I had a warning notice on my car. I called James and he said, don’t drive it, I’ll have a truck pick it up. While the car was being serviced, he kept me posted. I frequently call him on operational questions and he gladly responds. What a great team.

First of all, I am 80 years old, live in North Carolina, and was not able to visit dealership. My experience with Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando was exceptional, especially dealing thru Navin over the last couple of weeks for a used vehicle. Received the vehicle today and it was in pristine condition. I was a little concerned at first, about buying a used vehicle without actually visiting the dealership in person. Navin put my mind at ease, and my decision to go forward with the purchase of this vehicle was because of all the photos that he sent, his very professional attitude in answering all my concerns and questions. Dan Langley puts the experience in Experience Manager. Enjoyed my Lexus for a long time and when it came for something new I immediately fell in love with a Porsche listed at Towbin. I put in a request for info online and was contacted quickly via text by Dan (appreciated text via the random call that always happens while you’re busy.) After learning this would be my first performance sports car purchase, he made it clear he was willing to be a resource for me - even if I didn’t end up buying from him. Very kind but also brilliant long-game move. ;) Dan had the car ready and waiting when I got there and was patient through my looooong test drive and all the questions I had. This was a big purchase for me and I’ll admit I am pretty critical and a bit distrustful of car sales people so I’m probably not the easiest customer. Dan didn’t take anything personally and, dare I say, was perhaps even empathetic. The lack of a DME (rev) report was a big sticking point for me since over revs on a manual Porsche can equal trouble down the road. Knowing this report can only be completed with special equipment, Dan took it down to Trophy Performance, a trusted Porsche specialist, and had the report completed for me the next day which I really appreciated. This car was probably the most inexpensive one on the lot but I never felt rushed; Dan was patient, professional and willing to share his knowledge and experience with me from start to finish, even helping me get my bluetooth synced up after the purchase was made and helping with aftermarket questions. He also kindly gifted me a nice Ferrari book before I drove off (I had shared how much of a sports car aficionado my dad is) and put my 16 year old step daughter and I behind the wheel of some pretty fancy cars just for fun as we waited to wrap up the sale. I came in with my own financing, but Troy helped us wrap up paperwork and was very personable as well, chatting through the tediousness that can come with all those final signatures. All in all- what I’m saying here is - just ask for Dan. He’s great at what he does but also seems like decent human being which does count for something when you’re making a big purchase.
