Called the dealership prior to driving there from Kansas City. Worked out a deal on my trade over the phone and drove the 3 hours to the dealer that same day. Once I got there they had my Jeep washed, detailed, and fueled up. I came with my own financing, but they were able to make me a better deal on that as well. Said goodbye to my beloved 2016 Porsche Panamera GTS because of my dislike of the styling of the current model, especially the rear and, but even more so, the "Teslafication" of the interior (spartan v. the rich look and feel of my 2016). Now I have simply taken the chassis, engine and PDK transmission from the Panamera turbo and had a custom Coach builder wrap an exquisite body and interior around and on it, like in the 1920s! Of course there is much more to it than that but it is not so far off the mark. Never saw, road in or drove anything quite so beautiful and wonderful --in every way -- hence the all-fives stars. Apart from one issue with the battery, which was replaced, absolutely nothing was or has gone wrong in this complex and magnificent machine.

Certified Benz and Beemer is a top-notch dealership. I’ve always heard great things about the place, but just got firsthand experience. On a Sunday I pulled in late afternoon and took a brief walk around the cars out front. Walked into the lobby after about 10 minutes and was greeted almost immediately by Product Specialist Michel James. Told him what I was looking for (I4) and he walked me upstairs to the inventory. Took a test drive around Papago Park (gotta love those curves). Michel was able to either immediately answer any question I had or had the info at his fingertips. He kept in touch with me in a way unlike a typical dealership. When I had my decision 2 days later, he arranged for a pretty seamless, low-stress acquisition of my new (to me) car. Sales Manager Kevin and Finance Manager Brock were great too! Hoping this ride will last me a long time, but will definitely be returning to CBB for the next one and letting friends in the market know where to go.

Buying a car from Mo was great. I do not like buying cars. I do not like the standard buying script. Thankfully, Mo talked me through the process. Purchased the car locally end of year price far below the stated MSRP. Beautiful car with many options. The car feels like it fits like a leather glove. Paint work is flawless; no orange peel and the interior is mostly leather. The performance for the GTC V8 is remarkable for a 5300 pound car, it is there when you need it. The noise level with the top up is as advertised; quiet and tight, no perceivable wind noise. Fit and finish impeccable, not a lot of room in the two back seats. Overall a 5 star car with minor points loss for lack of blind side assist and lack of any 3-5 year prepaid maintenance.

Mike Umphrey is the best finance man around. I had no issue with the purchase or anything with the 2020 Mercedes GLE 350 I acquired from Karma Fuquay. Its an excellent SUV with comfort and performance, definitely recommend it. Its a bit quite ride than I prefer therefore I am getting a Lamborghini Urus Pearl Capsule Edition.
