Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. A lot of the times, the car purchasing process can be dreadful. I am more than grateful to say this time was not one of those! I called before heading over to make sure the car I was interested in was still available. I had the pleasure of speaking with BiBi (Bibiana), who conformed it was, and was able to answer a few questions due to me being cautious. The purchasing process was very smooth, mainly because of BiBi's honesty and transparency. Bibi took my offer over to Shaun who was just as awesome. He wasted no time getting it approved, and most importantly didn't try to sneak any extra charges in. Once the deal was approved, I was directed to Shannon's office in finance, to finalize everything. She was just as polite and curious, and had me out in my new (preowned) vehicle without delay. DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 BENTLEY GT 14,000 mi. WATER PUMP LEAKED FOUND DEFECTIVE (SHOULD LAST 60-100,000 mi.) PEGGY TRIED TO GET REPLACED BUT USA WOULD ONLY PAY FOR PART NOT FOR INSTALL. I HAD TO PAY $2000.00. WROTE TO CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD STAND BY A DEFECTIVE PART AND INSTALLATION. ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER OF PART AS WELL. I WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.
