DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 BENTLEY GT 14,000 mi. WATER PUMP LEAKED FOUND DEFECTIVE (SHOULD LAST 60-100,000 mi.) PEGGY TRIED TO GET REPLACED BUT USA WOULD ONLY PAY FOR PART NOT FOR INSTALL. I HAD TO PAY $2000.00. WROTE TO CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD STAND BY A DEFECTIVE PART AND INSTALLATION. ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER OF PART AS WELL. I WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

I ended up with a really good car, in excellent condition and exactly what I was looking for. Overall, everything went pretty well; I just had to wait a bit longer than expected to be helped when I arrived, nothing serious, but it did make the visit a little longer. That’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, but in the end it was worth it and I’m happy with the purchase.

Saying I had absolutely outstanding customer service from Prime One Motorsports is a huge understatement- it was the BEST customer service I have ever experienced ! From the very first phone call asking about my future car it was an amazing experience. Bill - the representative of Prime One Motorsports, is very knowledgable, and he was willing to listen to me and then explain in great detail about the car he was offering. I was very particular about the color I wanted, but the way Bill described the car, I changed my mind and decided to purchase the car in a different color and I have never regretted it.  Because I was an out of state buyer, Bill arranged shipping ASAP and I received my car from Florida in California after 5 days, which I was happy about. I immediately tried to register my car at the DMV in CA, but for some reason they found some kind of issue which had nothing to do with Prime One Motorsports. I had no place to go to resolve this issue and I did not really understand what was going on, so I called Bill and his assistant Kerry (who is part of the team and takes care of all the paperwork). I thought for sure they would not be able to help me, but I was very surprised when they went way out of their way after the sale to work with me to solve the problem. Without their help there is no way I could have done it on my own. They put a lot of personal effort toward my issue with the CA DMV, using their contacts to get the additional letter which DMV was requiring. I can’t even describe how much I appreciate what they did for me, and it has touched me deeply. I can’t remember in my lifetime when I had the customer service experience like the Prime One Motorsports provided to me. It felt like they treated me as a member of their family and trust me, it is super hard to find people like them in these times, people who are willing to put in their personal time for a client after the sales transaction is done. I will forever be a customer and loyal to them and their business.

Always had the V12 GT's, but the GT V8S is MUCH more enjoyable to drive, sounds amazing, and instantly noticed the huge difference in the gas guzzling. Feels more nimble and less driving like boat and more like an aggressive GT like Bentley Sports car should have been. Recommend it highly for anyone's first and best Bentley!

The facility is awesome. Negotiation over the price was fact based and efficient. They didn't waste my time or assume I didn't research the market. The sales experience was a pleasure. I traveled from Houston to purchase a used automobile. The car was exactly as represented (excellent ), dealing with Kerry was a real pleasure as well as Greg Marino. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the cars, the classy service and the high level of integrity of both Kerry and Greg. Kerry was my principal contact and demonstrated knowledge, a low key and non pushy approach to sales, excellent knowledge of the car which he represented with great accuracy and a most pleasant personal style. In summary, I intend to trade cars with him and Marino Motors again and would recommend anyone interested in acquiring a car of the caliber they carry to call them. This car is so smooth and quiet I forget many times that it is moving. I'm glad I went for it rather than a typical American or Japanese car. I see all the looks my new Bentley gets and feel I'm lucky to be filthy rich enough to afford this car at such a young age.

Best Cabriolet in the world. V8 was a great move. 26mpg. Twin Turbo, With the Top down you are at the top of the world. Leather still smells brand new and it is 5 years old with 34,123 miles.

Had the car about a month now, 2008 model with only 6k miles. Everything on it is extremely high quality. seems to be better built than the Continental GT's although could have done with the Gt navigation system and push button start. The engine is a dream with all the power and torque you will ever need. looks like the 2013 Azure will be more like the Mulsanne with the roof cut off i.e a bit quirky looking so I'm happy to have this model which still looks stately. If you get one you just have to buy the luxurious lambswool overmats - your passengers will want to ride shoeless, I promise.
