I gave them 2 days notice that I would be there at around noon, I got there at 2:30 pm. The man who helped me was very nice; unfortunately they had sold the car I was interested in earlier that morning.

Love this car. It handles so amazingly and the power is fierce. It goes from 0 to 60 in less than 5 seconds. Sexy and sleek and full of power. Bought it used from an honest dealer. I got lucky! Feels brand new and drives like the smoothest airplane ride. Such a hot car!

Had a very good experience working with Sebastian. Got a fair price. Had an issue right away with the Honda Odyssey. Engine light went on but the problem was solved immediately. Turned out the oil was a little low. It was a used car. Machines are never perfect and almost anything can be fixed.

Very comfortable with all the creature comforts. Bought the Maserati Levante at 1/3 the cost. Will look at 3 year old Bentaygas in 2020 when they are around $120K at that price, they are worth it. Let someone else take the $180K+ depreciation hit. Wow!

Even though I didn't purchase the vehicle I initially was interested in, the entire encounter with this dealership was impeccable. The owner and his salesman were helpful, patient and respectful. As an individual with autobody and mechanical knowledge, I highly recommend this dealer.

Had the car about a month now, 2008 model with only 6k miles. Everything on it is extremely high quality. seems to be better built than the Continental GT's although could have done with the Gt navigation system and push button start. The engine is a dream with all the power and torque you will ever need. looks like the 2013 Azure will be more like the Mulsanne with the roof cut off i.e a bit quirky looking so I'm happy to have this model which still looks stately. If you get one you just have to buy the luxurious lambswool overmats - your passengers will want to ride shoeless, I promise.

This is a very, very, very, nice car to drive. Extremely quiet and smooth riding. Very powerful, not as fast as my Jaguar, but it weighs a lot more. It corners and handles great for such a heavy luxurious car. The interior is absolutely top shelf. It's a little hard to get into, watch your head. The trunk is quite large, lot's of room for golf clubs. It is light years nicer than my Mercedes. This car really turn's heads.

Had a wonderful experience buying by 2016 Mercedes AMG G63 from Chicago Motor Cars. Seraj “Raj”Abughoush was an amazing sales representative and cares for me start to finish. I was an out of town purchase and Raj walked the car with me twice, did a road test and even fixed an issue he saw with the windshield during our drive together. I have had many luxury cars and this is the best by far. Super car speed with amazing luxury. Driving it is like no other car and always leaves you wanting more.

Although I didn't buy a high end exotic, I was treated like I was buying one. The 2007 XKR was wonderful and Jackson went above and beyond to answer all my questions, inquiries and upfront about everything with respect to the car. It was prepared beautifully and the transaction was as smooth as could be for an out of state buyer. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a specialty vehicle and hope to deal with them again in the future.

Said goodbye to my beloved 2016 Porsche Panamera GTS because of my dislike of the styling of the current model, especially the rear and, but even more so, the "Teslafication" of the interior (spartan v. the rich look and feel of my 2016). Now I have simply taken the chassis, engine and PDK transmission from the Panamera turbo and had a custom Coach builder wrap an exquisite body and interior around and on it, like in the 1920s! Of course there is much more to it than that but it is not so far off the mark. Never saw, road in or drove anything quite so beautiful and wonderful --in every way -- hence the all-fives stars. Apart from one issue with the battery, which was replaced, absolutely nothing was or has gone wrong in this complex and magnificent machine.

I must say that my experience buying a new Jaguar at Motor Werks was wonderful. I have bought a lot of cars over the years. So many in fact that I would consider myself an expert at buying a car. So I know what to look for. I have been in a multitude of dealerships over my many years of buying cars and I know where and where not to buy from. You can take my word for it. From the management on down the ladder - these guys are good honest people. They worked with me. They listened to everything I said and we made a great deal for both of us. A total win win. There are plenty of Jaguar dealers to choose from and I am sure that most of them are great. But my money is on Motor Werks and I would not hesitate to buy from them. Jeff Swift was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. A real nice guy! Raul Tomsa was the manager who assisted in making the deal happen. He was equally knowledgeable and willing to work with me. It's nice to have, stylish hard top convertible (no soft/rag top issues) but depreciates quickly. I really enjoy the vehicle when the top is dropped down and get a lot of compliments from the older generation (50+ age)

This has to be by far the best car I’ve had so far. Bentley Continental Gt, 2007, 22,000 miles. I happened upon basically a new car at a fantastic price. I Love It. I made a great investment in this car. Very luxurious, classy, & mad respect. She draws a lot of attention. I Really Love It.

This bentley is better then all other high end luxury cars such as Rolls-Royce, Maybach, bmw , ect because the car itself was not made with anything low class or cheap ive own all 3 of the other high end cars and. A few more but i cant get over how good a used one was so i went to lease a 2017 and it was 10x better then the 2011 model and best part about it was. You can go and add more packages to the old or new cars without so much hassle the comfort of this car is better than anything you will ride in this car made me break the lease on my Rolls-Royce and sell Ashton martin db9. To go buy all bentleys their not cheap because they do it the best and have more years doing it.

I have never bought a car online before let alone bought a car without even seeing it or driving it. I saw a Bentley Flying Spur for sale at Chicago Auto Gallery. I called and spoke to a salesperson named Steve. From the first hello on the phone until we closed the deal and the car was shipped to me Steve was fantastic. He did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and the deal. Now here's the extra part that I was even shocked at myself. Once I got the car, I drove it and after 5 miles some of the lights came on such as check engine, ride height, traction control and ABS. I was initially immensely pissed. I called Steve and said you might want to get ahold of that driver who delivered this car and tell him to take it back. Steve suggested I take it to a certified mechanic near me and have it looked at to see what was the problem. Apparently when one light goes off, it triggers more lights to activate. I had it looked at and to fix the car right it was going to be over $3000. Steve took care of it and the dealership paid the whole bill. In my mind that was the most solid thing to do and he did it. He could have argued and tried to avoid it or said no, you bought it, you fix it. They did not do that to me. I'm in Pittsburgh and they are in Chicago. I know I had rights and could have just sent it back but I wanted that car and they fixed it for me. I appreciate everything they (Steve) did for me and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. Thank you again Steve and Chicago Auto Gallery.

I own a 2015 Bentley Convertible. It is the best driving car I have ever had and will now always drive a bentley. It's technology is a joke, but the drive is above all. Mine is the 12 cylinder with the mullinar package. I have 22,000 mile on it and can't replace it with anything better, so I will keep it at least another year. It gets 11 mpg, so it is not an economy car. I am retired and this is my go to car ... my daily driver.
