Second, I have now had two services performed and my service advisor Luis is areal professional; they take my car in on time and it is ready on time and they explain all that will be done. The best is when you pickup the car the work has been done to perfection and the car has been washed/detailed when you get it. Said goodbye to my beloved 2016 Porsche Panamera GTS because of my dislike of the styling of the current model, especially the rear and, but even more so, the "Teslafication" of the interior (spartan v. the rich look and feel of my 2016). Now I have simply taken the chassis, engine and PDK transmission from the Panamera turbo and had a custom Coach builder wrap an exquisite body and interior around and on it, like in the 1920s! Of course there is much more to it than that but it is not so far off the mark. Never saw, road in or drove anything quite so beautiful and wonderful --in every way -- hence the all-fives stars. Apart from one issue with the battery, which was replaced, absolutely nothing was or has gone wrong in this complex and magnificent machine.

Joe has done a great job answering all of my questions about details of the car. Hopefully I will be purchasing a car for myself in the next few weeks.

I just bought a gorgeous Bentley Continental GT 2013 Lemans from one of the top notch dealerships in the country owned by a man and I would say a legend Jim Juliani . Jim’s love for cars shows clearly in the 2013 Bentley Lemans that I acquired from his top notch, high-end dealership in Connecticut. The car is stunning with all the bells and whistles. Jim Senior had a finance. Albert proves to be top of his game as well in the finance arena able to get you the best rate on a loan.

Saying I had absolutely outstanding customer service from Prime One Motorsports is a huge understatement- it was the BEST customer service I have ever experienced ! From the very first phone call asking about my future car it was an amazing experience. Bill - the representative of Prime One Motorsports, is very knowledgable, and he was willing to listen to me and then explain in great detail about the car he was offering. I was very particular about the color I wanted, but the way Bill described the car, I changed my mind and decided to purchase the car in a different color and I have never regretted it.  Because I was an out of state buyer, Bill arranged shipping ASAP and I received my car from Florida in California after 5 days, which I was happy about. I immediately tried to register my car at the DMV in CA, but for some reason they found some kind of issue which had nothing to do with Prime One Motorsports. I had no place to go to resolve this issue and I did not really understand what was going on, so I called Bill and his assistant Kerry (who is part of the team and takes care of all the paperwork). I thought for sure they would not be able to help me, but I was very surprised when they went way out of their way after the sale to work with me to solve the problem. Without their help there is no way I could have done it on my own. They put a lot of personal effort toward my issue with the CA DMV, using their contacts to get the additional letter which DMV was requiring. I can’t even describe how much I appreciate what they did for me, and it has touched me deeply. I can’t remember in my lifetime when I had the customer service experience like the Prime One Motorsports provided to me. It felt like they treated me as a member of their family and trust me, it is super hard to find people like them in these times, people who are willing to put in their personal time for a client after the sales transaction is done. I will forever be a customer and loyal to them and their business.
