Certified Benz and Beemer is a top-notch dealership. I’ve always heard great things about the place, but just got firsthand experience. On a Sunday I pulled in late afternoon and took a brief walk around the cars out front. Walked into the lobby after about 10 minutes and was greeted almost immediately by Product Specialist Michel James. Told him what I was looking for (I4) and he walked me upstairs to the inventory. Took a test drive around Papago Park (gotta love those curves). Michel was able to either immediately answer any question I had or had the info at his fingertips. He kept in touch with me in a way unlike a typical dealership. When I had my decision 2 days later, he arranged for a pretty seamless, low-stress acquisition of my new (to me) car. Sales Manager Kevin and Finance Manager Brock were great too! Hoping this ride will last me a long time, but will definitely be returning to CBB for the next one and letting friends in the market know where to go.

My 3rd Bentley and so far the best, yes it has a BMW engine but its bullet proof, good fuel economy, reasonable to service, and does not suffer head gasket issues after 50,000 miles, also where can you use the speed or power of the 6.7L these days and keep your licence. I could have bought either the 4.4 or 6.7 but if your not a die hard snob wanting the big engine just to say you have one, the green label is a very good buy. It is worth spending the money and buy a well looked after one with history, cars with faded wood, missing over mats , no history, worn tyres and brakes will drain your wallet and means, that the car most likely has not been looked after and you will end up footing the bill which will give you a very negative feel and bank balance, these cars should be serviced at a good rolls or Bentley specialist, just going to the local garage asking for a oil and filter service will be detrimental to the car.

This car is amazing, You can feel the power while driving it. It's beautiful and comfortable. It's twin-turbocharged and intercooled DOHC 32-valve V-8 has amazing power. I heard before that it can reach zero to 100 mph in 11 seconds but when I tried it was on 100 mph in just 11 seconds that's mind blowing.

Dealt with Billy, sales manager, Frank, salesperson, and Dennis, finance-person. Professional and honest (all three). We drove 3 - 4 hours from Connecticut to see a 2018, Ford Edge, SEL. Of course, I called for it’s availability. After speaking with Billy, he advised me to think it over before taking such a long drive, however, he will gladly hold the vehicle for 4 hours without any strings attached. He asked that I call him, if I changed my mind from the drive so he can sell the car if needed be. He promised that the car will be available for my family. We took the journey! We arrived 4 hours later. The car was there! Met Billy. He immediately introduced us to Frank. Frank was ready, kind, and professional. Catered to my family and trusted us with car. After 30-45 minutes of test driving. We came back, ready to “negotiate”. Ready, to go “back-and-forth” with the sales people. Ready, to hear the “hidden fees”. We met with Frank, and guess what?! No dealer fees! No doc fees! The price you see, that’s it! We even got a discount on the vehicle! Yes, in this market! We got a discount! We bought the car. The build quality is clearly above your typical mass-produced luxury sedans. Did I mention the endless power? The vehicle has a very comfortable ride, but very responsive steering. I am showing a 5 Star reliability rating, but only time will tell.

I have owned over 100 cars, the bentley has it all without to much flash. It is a true super car that gets 20+mpg at 70mph with 3 passangers and luggage. A drivers car with the best seats.

Mark -----, the service manager at Desert Motors, was very good, much better than your SM for my Carrera in 2004. Although $920 now for a 20,000-mile service on my 2016 Macan seemed (close to) exorbitant. I plan to send work list to a family friend who worked at a Porsche dealer. Outside temp gauge for SUV is laughably bad and mine corresponds with what other owners say. I also have suspected that ambient temperatures in Deutschland may be a factor, which makes little sense, but Macan owners do wonder why there is still no fix. If temperature gauge is only problem with a Macan, then I am well satisfied, and the car is definitely a joy to drive. Thank you,
