Very comfortable with all the creature comforts. Bought the Maserati Levante at 1/3 the cost. Will look at 3 year old Bentaygas in 2020 when they are around $120K at that price, they are worth it. Let someone else take the $180K+ depreciation hit. Wow!

Best buying experience I have had in a long time. Found the car online and hashed out the details via text and phone, so when we picked up the vehicle, we were in and out in under an hour. I read some great reviews for Bentley Indianapolis and some not so good, so I got scared...initially we were going to have the car shipped to our house, so I decided going there in person was best. I found the people working there very nice and not pretentious. Our car was in great condition and was exactly what was described online and in the video/photos.

DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 BENTLEY GT 14,000 mi. WATER PUMP LEAKED FOUND DEFECTIVE (SHOULD LAST 60-100,000 mi.) PEGGY TRIED TO GET REPLACED BUT USA WOULD ONLY PAY FOR PART NOT FOR INSTALL. I HAD TO PAY $2000.00. WROTE TO CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD STAND BY A DEFECTIVE PART AND INSTALLATION. ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER OF PART AS WELL. I WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

I’m surprised by the rating on this website because it’s not a true reflection of how great this dealership is. I rate this dealership five stars…unequivocally. I will save you from the embroidery and give the highlights of my experience. Our family purchased two vehicles in consecutive weeks, the most recent being a 2014 MB E550 as of yesterday. My nephew got accepted in business school and we decided to get him a 2015 MB C400. We had a wonderful experience with his transaction and yesterday was even better! The Pre Owned Director, Mr. Jon Keblesh, walked with us throughout the whole process ensuring a smooth and fair negotiation for both parties. The General Manager Mr. Jason Wier even got involved to manufacture the deal when we hit a small road block and made sure it went through. Even the Finance Director, Mr. Louie Richards, was a consummate professional - even if both deals ended up being cash transactions. He was still very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I even told him he reminded me of a family member in California. Thus, that is a great segway…They treated us like family. I felt confident and trusting with their business dealings and I recommend this dealership to anyone who is reading this review. I have been in management for over 20+ years in the retail and sales sector and this team (albeit a small one) are very strong and honest group. I called the dealership as I was very interested in an automobile that they had I spoke with Alan he was very nice I sent him photos and necessary information on my vehicle that I want to trade I reviewed their offer and it was very fair. After more consideration we decided to keep the car we have but when we do buy a high end car I will keep this dealership in mind.
