This car is by far one of the most pretty unique trucks I have drove.From the diamond stiched interior to the pano roof, the seats sink you in and massage you, it kinda feels like your sitting on a first class plain.The drive on the car was IMPECABLE, most smooth Bentley I have driven.

Started my trade-in with another dealership that my wife and I disappointedly walked away from. DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 BENTLEY GT 14,000 mi. WATER PUMP LEAKED FOUND DEFECTIVE (SHOULD LAST 60-100,000 mi.) PEGGY TRIED TO GET REPLACED BUT USA WOULD ONLY PAY FOR PART NOT FOR INSTALL. I HAD TO PAY $2000.00. WROTE TO CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD STAND BY A DEFECTIVE PART AND INSTALLATION. ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER OF PART AS WELL. I WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

The costs are very, very high LOL I have always received great service! The service team is very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. The final cost is very close to the initial quote, re-work has not been required. They take their time to thoroughly identify the root cause(s) of the problem(s). I have had multiple appointments completed here, mostly for the intermittent Minor & Major Services. The salespeople do not pester you to trade-in or buy :-) The coffee is very good. :-) The lounge is very comfortable :-) The Bentley merch for sale is great, ridiculously expensive tho LOL :-O

This is a great vehicle. But the dealership selling it is not as they create various types of charges that inflate the price upon purchase.
