This car is by far one of the most pretty unique trucks I have drove.From the diamond stiched interior to the pano roof, the seats sink you in and massage you, it kinda feels like your sitting on a first class plain.The drive on the car was IMPECABLE, most smooth Bentley I have driven.

The service advisor (David Sanchez) was very patient, courteous and he answered all my questions.The service was fast, and considering I took it at 4:15pm. Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

This is a great vehicle. But the dealership selling it is not as they create various types of charges that inflate the price upon purchase.

Four years ago, I bought a Rolls-Royce from Rusnak Rolls Royce dealership. As I walked into the dealership, I made contact with a gentleman named Ricky Williams. Who is the sales managers at the dealership. He approached me with a professional demeanor and he was really helpful in many ways. I was able to purchase a Rolls-Royce which I am very happy with today. I was impressed with how he presented himself and the way he represented Rusnak as a brand. He showed me a number of different vehicles and he gave me a great advice on each vehicle that I inquired about. . In addition gave me all the details about each vehicle that I asked when I sent the car in test drove it. He described each of the different features that came with the vehicle in great detail. I bought the car and have been happy with it ever since.. I also got lots of help from Ray who also works at Rusnak and he too was an amazing help. He gave me some great advice on the cars and he steered me in the right direction in terms of which one to buy. He help me with the financial side of purchasing my vehicle. and was able to explain things in great detail. Rusnak is my place to shop.i thank you.

Beginning to end, everything was smooth, pleasant and effortless. Things were so smooth, being the life scarred guy that I am, I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. Ha! Nothing goes that easy!
