New customer, just moved to area. Made service appointment on-line and received quick email response confirming appointment. Arrived at specified time and met by service advisor Matt upon entering service area. He quickly took all my information as a new customer and what services I needed (oil & filter change, differential fluid change, tire rotation & Honda software service update.) He informed me that the work would take 1 hour 40 minutes to complete and that I could wait in the customer waiting lounge and enjoy the coffee or soft drinks and cookies. The lounge is nicely furnished with all the comforts: tables & chairs, easy chairs & end tables, TV's, reading materials, assorted coffees, several soft drinks, assorted cookies, an ATM and play area for children. One hour & 45 minutes later, Matt returned with my paperwork, explained the work that was performed and that everything looked good. My first visit here was enjoyable and all the employees I either dealt with or saw working here were very efficient and professional at all times.
