From the time my wife and I were on the WPB Off Lease Only property it was being at a resort or something, or having a tour guide on a cruise ship. Everyone polite, professional, friendly, informative. We love cars and there are monsterously plenty to choose from. 2015 and newer only. It was so much fun! We thought we wanted a 2015 Lexus price wise (plenty of them there) but after test drives - and price checks, wreck checks in the computer (a classy feature where you get to do a detailed search of every car you want to on the lot yourself) we settled on a 2016 C300 Mercedes instead for less than we thought we'd spend on a year older Lexus with twice the miles. The Merc is still under warranty!. Yep, that's as good it gets. Adam our "tour guide" is the best, Andy the sales manager was more helpful than most consieges in 4-star hotels, and the finance person? Darlene and us shared stories and pictures of our dogs. When's the last that happened when you bought a car? There simply is no other place to buy a car. That is what I'm assuring you. A 5 day or 500 mile return and exchane the car thing too, if not completely satisfied. Go to WPB Off Lease Only and find out for youself. There is no way to be disappointed. They won't let that happen.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This car is compact, fun, agile and quick! And despite its quasi-luxury standing, it is well built and has really good interior and exterior materials. Unlike most coupe in this price range, the baby bimmer feels like an expensive gt car instead of a youngster’s showing-off car (yes I mean mustang).

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This car is wonderful to drive it goes into turns and asks for more. The control in the rain on the interstate is amazing. The seats are very comfortable and supportive. Drove six hundred miles, got out of the car I felt like I could do two three hundred more.

Too complex to take full advantage of info control. After purchase you are sent a "special" to explain how to operate the controls. Apparently even the agents can't explain it to you. The IT guy says you'll have to come back because of the complexity. There's a lot of road noise going down the road.

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

Once again BMW fails in the area of outside mirrors. I also own a 2015 Mustang and it has a better mirror system. Both are two doors and it's hard to reach the seat belt in a BMW. Mustang has solved this problem a long time ago. The 2 series makes a lot of noise when compared to the 3 series. But my 2 series has M components and it is an outstanding sports car and a dream to drive it. It's expensive but I bought a used one with 6 k miles. Simply put, it's a beautiful Melbourne Red two door 228 ix with several M accessories and I love it.

I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

I did a lot of research on which salesperson to visit with before I came here. There are a lot of bad reviews based solely on the salesperson not following through on what he promised. I met with Omay Bosch and he was very open and helpful. I arrived at the dealership around 11am and left at 7pm that day, primarily due to me taking forever to make a decision! I test drove two Lexus ES 350's and the one I planned to buy had a faint smoke smell that I did not anticipate. I then looked at another one with less miles and no smoke smell but it was $1K more. He also was patient with me while I took both cars to a local mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. He would not go down on the price from the website; however, he did throw in replacing/balancing the tires for a reasonable price, painting some areas that were chipped, cleaning the upholstery/detailing the car, oil change/tire rotation, providing a full tank of gas, and also providing tint which came out of his own pocket. Even though I ended up spending $1K more than I had wanted to, I feel like I have a very reliable car and have peace of mind. My tip is to go with Omay Bosch and also do not go in thinking you can negotiate down the price unless the car has been sitting on the lot for more than 60 days and if it has more miles on it or is an older model. They have a no pressure to buy kind of vibe. Just know this is not the place to negotiate price but they are open to fixing things on the car so I would go with that if you want to try to get anything extra. For my first car buying experience, I would say it was overall pleasant and easygoing which made my decision to spend a large sum of money on a depreciating asset (which is a liability FYI) a little more palatable! My wife and I recently bought a 2015 BMW 528i through Autos of Dallas. I'm nearly 70 and this is easily the best and most painless car buying experience I've ever had. Our salesman, Robert Moses, was attentive without being overbearing like many car salesmen, polite, knowledgeable and definitely customer friendly. He made sure the car was prepped and ready when we got there and even had some cosmetic flaws fixed before we took the car. The credit application process was ready when we arrived and the entire experience was less than 90 minutes - in and out. We got a great luxury car at well below KBB prices with low mileage in excellent condition and spent far less than we would have at a new car dealership. If you're going to buy a car you can't go wrong by going to Autos of Dallas and you'll do yourself a big favor if you ask for Mr. Moses. Both are class acts in my opinion. Thanks. Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Looking for my 16 yr old a car for her birthday. She was set on a particular car and wouldn't listen to her dad and I on why that wasn't really an option (like the majority of teenagers:). My mother's X5 has been in the shop for some major repairs and she could not say enough about the great service she has received from this dealership. Her service rep. Sean Burreal was extremely pleasant and went out of his way to make sure she was happy. He explained everything in detail to make sure she understood her options. The thing she most appreciated is that he let her drive a more than comparable and reliable loan vehicle for a good two weeks while they worked on her car. These days it's not enough to just own a car from anywhere anymore, but the service that comes with it is truly the key to a successful ownership of any car. Anyone that takes care of my mother in this way deserves my attention. Plus, she absolutely demanded that I help her write this well-deserved review. I bought in early December a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Truck from Vroom after going to a few local dealers here in Phoenix, AZ. All what happened was the games they played and wasting my time. I know there is some of that unfortunately when buying a vehicle. I am in my 50's so I am not new to buying cars. But buying a car off the internet is something I had never done prior to Vroom. I did my homework and read many reviews. Obviously there are many negative reviews so I wanted to let readers know my experience. So after finding the truck I wanted I put the $500 down and then both verbally and via email. I told/wrote to my Sale Rep Tramaine, and his boss (the Sales Manager) Stephen that my concern of all the negative reviews. They told me the volume of cars they sell on a monthly basis, being a business man myself, I could see how there could be some negative reviews. I told them every business has it challenges just don't ignore me or the problem if it arises. I can say several things with full confidence: I was kept in the loop of communication, even when the truck had to have a minor touch up paint job. I received the truck in a timely manner, the truck was in excellent shape. It was exactly what the pictures showed and the written description. Most important my price was significantly less than any local dealers and on top of that NO HASSLE AND NO BS. My next purchase in a car is going to Vroom first and probably will never step foot on another car lot in my life.
