I am an out of town purchaser of a new Macan S vehicle from Porsche West Houston . One of the sales managers, Ace, and Salesman Rashid were tremendously helpful and transparent in providing information/videos as well as in negotiating a fair and competitive purchase transition. They further assisted in the shipping of the vehicle to my Midwest home. The transaction took less than a week from the time I I called and first spoke with Ace until the delivery of the vehicle to my Midwest residence. 2016 BMW 228 review
2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible. The best part: reliability. We are approaching 94k miles and we've had no issues with this car. It feels solid, which is remarkable for a convertible. Everything works just as it should with just routine maintenance. I have only three complaints: the sport seats are my number one complaint. The seat has great lumbar support and is supportive, but the side bolsters on the seat cushion are rock hard and hurt my hips. I have to use a pad to raise myself up a little to ease the pain. The 2nd complaint, and this is worth noting, in comfort mode the throttle can be slow to react. This is so bad it got me rear ended once because the car simply did nothing for several seconds when I pressed the pedal down. Sport mode cures this. Lastly, it requires premium gas. Ford and others get similar horsepower results with regular gas, so I think BMW should be able to also.
