I recently bought my BMWx5 from BMW of Delray Beach and I had a great experience with Sergio. I do not usually write reviews but I had to share this experience. When I walked in, I didn’t have this icky feeling of being sized up to determine if I could afford their car or how they could scam it or something. Instead it was all professional and honest. I still spent a little more than I planned to, after all it’s a business :) but the icky feeling was never there. So good job guys. It was overall great experience. I recommend. Hopefully my experience was not just unique and all salespeople are trained that way.

I was super impressed with this dealership its HUGE. I went in wanting to purchase a Nissan Frontier. The customer service was exceptional. Teresa was my sales personnel she was very knowledgeable and kind. I would have to say the finance department could use a little work on providing faster assistance. I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout. Santiago , is the best employee I had ever come across at Al Hendrickson. He answer all my questions I had regarding the problems I have been having at Al Hendrickson when it come to service my car and he gave me a solution. For the longest my middle arm console had been peeling and every time I went to Al Hendrickson the other workers always give me the run around and it never got fixed. But between today and yesterday Santiago was able to fix the issue for me and get my cover fix . He is amazing and the best employee Al Hendrickson could have . He deserve a raise.
