My experiences have been positive in that I find a car online in Carmax inventory, request that it be brought to Loveland when a salesperson lets me know it has arrived. There is no pressure to buy the one you selected, but I did, and all transactions are for the price stated. No time is wasted negotiating. The service warranty is worth it to me also.

I wanted to share the excellent experience I had at Gebhardt BMW. After inquiring about a vehicle online, we visited the dealership on January 24th for a test drive, where we met Jason. He was knowledgeable, insightful, and made the test drive both informative and enjoyable. After discussing our wants and needs, we decided that building and ordering a car was the best option so we could get exactly what we wanted. Throughout the entire process, Jason kept us well-informed and maintained great communication. The dealership was also very accommodating when it came to delivery, as we had a few family events that delayed our ability to pick up the car right away. When we finally arrived, everything was perfectly prepared for us. In Finance, Jake took the time to clearly explain all the options available without being pushy or aggressive—something we had experienced elsewhere. We also had a training session with Shane, who thoroughly walked us through all the technology features of our new vehicle. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. I highly recommend Gebhardt BMW—if you’re in the market for a BMW, this is absolutely the place to go.

Jonn Eric offered the best car buying experience of my life! He went out of way at every opportunity. Currently, used cars are scarce and often overpriced. Gebhardt is the one-in-a-million dealership: trustworthy, hard-working, and ethical. They do thorough pricing research to set great deals within a 500/mile radius. Most dealers do not extend that range as it lowers prices. The company doesn’t take advantage of the current chip / auto storage. Their ethical business practices are reliable. They are cultivating clients, which is unheard of in the current used car climate of Northern Colorado. Jonn Eric took the time to understand my needs and we developed a rapport, which made me trust the man. In other dealerships, I was pitted against the used car salesman where it was clear only one person wins. When you reply to a car search request for more photos it behoves you too include the vehicle and the dealership identifiers in your email, before demanding identirying info from buyers. This dealer accomplished that miniimum standard. Sadly, across the board dealers are so bad at this that carmax gets 4 stars.

AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe review
I bought a new Subie from these folks and the whole process could not have been easier! Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and efficient. I was able to arrange pretty much everything via phone/email ahead of time, and once at the dealership, very quickly I had finalized the purchase and was headed home in my new car! No surprises, no games or hidden charges, no high pressure sales. Everything was clear and very straight forward. It was definitely worth the long drive for me to go up to Denver for the purchase.
2021 BMW 228 Gran Coupe review
Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!

I?m not sure how I didn?t notice the air compressor during the test drive but regardless, I bought the car and I do love it so far! To be fair Alex did mention a noise from the AC but again I didn?t hear it during the test drive.
