I liked working with Nisha, not pushy, very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Only issue I really had (I don’t fault mishaps for) was the attention to detail that was given to detailing the car. Heavy dust and grim in easy to see places and crumbs/cereal under the seats. I will have to take it for detailing. Also the car needed new wiperblades right away as they where split.

The mechanical grip and performance is great. The interior is well designed and crafted. Not a big fan of the A/C system. Complicated to adjust the temperature. I personally like the low floor which makes handling really good.
We recently purchased a 2018 X3 M40i. This is the third BMW we have purchased from Preston BMW. We have driven past an other BMW dealer to get to Preston's! The sales staff is patient, never pushy and will do whatever it takes to make the experience pleasant. Our most recent sales rep was Mr. Paul Ruchtie. He is extremely knowledgeable. We probably test drove 10 cars to get the feel for what we wanted in our new BMW. He kept us informed as to when the model we wanted would be shipped and its arrival. It's an amazing vehicle. We own another Ultimate Driving Machine and we will continue to purchase at Preston's.

Great place to service your car! I was greeted immediately when I pulled into the service area, the Service Advisors were very knowledgable and courteous. Thanks to Manager Farhan mirza for getting the car serviced quickly.
The waiting room was very comfortable with complimentary WIFI and good coffee. The checkout was seamless too, helped me take care of the payment quickly and I was on my way. Good Job to certified select motors.. All the staff were very friendly!
This is one of the best experience I had at a dealership. Would definitely come back!
I just want to thank Preston BMW for a great experience. I had been looking for a Honda Ridgeline for a while and found one online thru Preston BMW. I called and spoke with Al Schwartz who really was teriffic to work with. I would absolutely recommend anyone who is shopping for a vehicle there to ask for Al.

I did the same to another dealership and only got automated responses. Personal service is what I like! And if that's what your looking for, come shop here! The entire staff is really nice! My wife and I bought a pre-owned Chevy Equinox from Eli Ruchtie and we couldn't be happier. It wasn't the typical high pressure dealership experience. Eli was friendly and informative, but not pushy. The car was priced very competitively, especially when compared to dealerships across the country. They did a great job detailing the car to make it like new. Great car from a performance standpoint. Handles the road like BMW is known for. Really nice exterior design. Leaves a little to be desired in regards to interior features for a luxury car.
I recently bought a pre-owned BMW through Preston BMW in Boardman, Ohio via an internet sale. They were friendly, informed, helpful, and courteous. Al Schwartz was ready to assist me with my buying decision with ABSOLUTELY no pressure. I was nervous about buying a car that I had not driven but they made me feel at ease and offered a very attractive price. Once I decided to purchase, they made arrangements to pick my husband and me up from the airport. At the dealership, the purchase was a breeze - I have never seen paperwork handled more quickly or more smoothly. Best of all - the car was just as promised and I LOVE IT. After the sale, they have continued the same responsive, customer focused level of service, even though I live in another state and will not be using their service department. Highly recommend! Best car buying experience I have ever had!!

Getting this car back in jun of 2016 as a brand new lease from BMW of Fairfax, I've been in the service department almost every 2 weeks. I had an accident due to a brake failure, the A/C broke down after 3 weeks of picking up the car, and so far the dealership has changed 4 set of the whole brake system. NOT A RELIABLE CAR AT ALL. Looks are good, Quality is HORRIBLE?!
Preston always gives me great service on my BMW. They take the time to explain everything to ensure that I know what is wrong and how it is going to be fixed. I will continue to have my car serviced here.

This car is stylish, sporting and very comfortable. It is extremely responsive and a smooth ride. The only things missing is good storage in the interior and a built-in compass!
