Lastly, after picking up the car he set up my bmw app and spent time being attentive making sure I understood how my car performed. I was thankful with how he presented my car with a cute bow and how he made sure I had a full tank of gas, all my questions was answered. He even followed up days later to ask about my experience. I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

Had a bit of an issue that occurred right before a planned road trip. Explained the issue and urgency. They picked up the car and returned it the next day. They even filled the windshield wiper fluid to help ensure we had a safe trip. Joe Giuliano ensure everything was seemless.
