Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

E, was my service representative for a coolant leak that was covered by an extended warranty. Not only did he have to track down the extended warranty company (which had been sold for the 3rd time, he got the parts covered and had the car back to me within 2 days. He is amazing!!

Lawrence was fantastic in providing the information we requested. He even sent a walk around video showing th features of the vehicle. Sadly we have found a vehicle closer to our home staw !

Too much overhead and one too many times the salesman going back and forth to ask mother may I. The management is not customer friendly and it leads to many distractions. Revamp your business.

No problems in the three years I have had the car. Great for commuting and for long trips. I have had no major expenses or issues

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

This has been a great car, I traded a 15 320i for this. Overall handling, power and fuel economy has been top notch. I've been averaging about 40mpg even in heavy traffic. Accelerator response is quick when needed.

Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

I took the certified pre-own route in which I'd suggest to assure you're protecting your investment. The interior is sexy as well as the exterior. very good selection.My new renegade had 2600 miles,looked new.Upon inspection at home,underhood, very dirty, underside dirty, nail in the right rear tire.car was not preparared. No jack in the car to remove tire, My floor jack did not fit,jack must be a pinch weld special adapter.Keith in serv dept refused to fix tire unless I signed to pay 30 dollars.I told him I only drove home, the nail is rusted from previous use.He refused to listen, told me to use my floor jack with a 2x4., refused to explain how. I know how to plug a tire,but unable to use my jack.Two hours to plug a tire.MY last visit to the service dept. auto mechanics is my hobby for 50 years. I still like the renegade,good quality, even though no spare and no jack, and no tools.

Best car I have owned so far. I have owned it since 2019 and have only had routine maintenance done and new tires just put on. This vehicle has not been expensive to maintain like many people say BMWs are. I 10/10 recommend.

This is a solid, luxury car that performs like a sports car but still gets close to 40 mpg on the highway. Spacious interior and truck gives you plenty of leg room for 4 adults. The trunk is huge for a compact. Overall, one of the best sports sedans I’ve owned compared to previous Mercedes and Lexus vehicles.
