Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

They paid a very fair price for my old car and were very professional about the whole process. It took about 30-45 min.

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

Best car I have owned so far. I have owned it since 2019 and have only had routine maintenance done and new tires just put on. This vehicle has not been expensive to maintain like many people say BMWs are. I 10/10 recommend.

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.

I came in today to see what was happening with my car and Mariana (my service advisor) was so welcoming, friendly and took care of me and my child while waiting on the status of my vehicle. Mariana also set up a driver to take us home (we don't stay close) and was very efficient. I forgot the name of the driver that took us home but he was friendly as well and held a nice conversation. I recently took my BMW to the Charlotte location for my annual maintenance service and had a very smooth experience from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy and straightforward, with no issues at all. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and clearly walked through what to expect during the service. I was told the estimated wait time would be between one to two hours. The waiting area was decent. It is not on the scale of a large, luxury dealership, but it was comfortable and perfectly fine for what I needed. Surprisingly, the service was completed much faster than expected, in about an hour and five minutes. One thing I really appreciated was the communication process. I was told that once the service was completed, the technician would send a video showing the work that had been done and pointing out anything that might need attention. That process worked exactly as described. After I received the video, someone came to let me know my car was ready. Everything flowed smoothly with no hiccups or confusion. Overall, it was a positive and efficient experience, and I would definitely recommend this dealership for service and maintenance.
