Although it's hard to review a service department when you have so little need to use them, but the few times I've had to avail myself of their help have been far better than those for other cars that I've owned. WOWIE ZOWIE! What can I say! Being wheelchair bound always adds an additional layer of concern that a job is done properly, efficiently and timely. All were accomplished to my satisfaction last Saturday. My driver side window experienced a broken cable and was stuck in the down position. I called Wright and was told that service was open til 6:00pm on Friday's. I pulled in at 5:30pm and was greeted by Cameron. "How are you today Mr. Philp"? I asked how did you know it was me? She replied, "Your windows down". Daa. After transitioning to my Wheelchair and disconnecting the hand controls the van was theirs. Saturday morning I was notified that they had found the part they needed. Had it picked up and the job complete by 2:00 that afternoon. The van was delivered to me (a great asset!) all washed up and clean. Great job to all!! Also a follow up call by Cameron is a nice touch. Kudos to all!
