Brakes needed replacement at low mileage (20k). Car hasnt had any other major problems. The auto stop start has been getting a bit rough and I expect to replace the starter sometime soon. Great gas mileage before hitting 100k miles 30 city / 35 highway. After 100k miles I average 23 city / 28 highway. Car has become slightly slower as mileage has gone up but still great performance. This car was floored multiple times everyday of ownership and I averaged 48k miles a year on this car. This little hybrid has been abused and beat daily and is still running great. This car came maxed out with a steep cost of over 50k and depreciation has affected this car heavily due to mileage per year.

This was a painless experience , everyone was polite, professional and honest . No hidden fees or surprises. My purchase even had a large price decrease days before I bought it . Highly Recommend

Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . I get 40 to 50 mpg depending on the type of driving. I get 20 miles out of almost every full charge. That takes care of over half my trips meaning I don't use any gas at all. I understand other people have a different experience, but I wonder about where they're driving and how they're driving. I'm in the US. Love the 2018 330e. Smooth, quiet and beautiful. It is a bit small though, so my next car will be the bmw 530e.
