BMW of the Main Line review
Dealership was clean, salesman was courteous and accommodating. I felt the manager should have introduced himself/herself and welcomed a customer that drove an hour and paid cash for a preowned vehicle. The manager also relayed a message they would not accept a personal check even though I was assured a check was fine before I arrived. I was in the dealership for four hours, most time was spent was for prepping the new vehicle. No other personnel in the dealership said anything to me. There was coffee and water. Would consider adding some small snacks for customers waiting.

Gregor Van Sise was my advisor. He was absolutely amazing. I have never bought a BMW before. I will only buy a BMW going forward. He made the experience. He is BMW. Every bone in my body dreaded buying a car. He was kind, thoughtful, and caring. We have owned Mercedes and Audi's prior to coming to Princetown BMW. I will never go back to them. Kristina Melendy was our finance consultant. She was unbelievable. She listened to what our needs were. She asked a lot of questions and was extremely knowledgeable. The dealership was very busy. However, I never felt rushed. Both of your employees took the time to help us in any way they can. Many dealerships can learn a lesson from both of these outstanding human beings. Kristina talked about how much she loves working at BMW and how honored she feels to work in such a positive environment. Gregor talked about all the training and support he gets from an unbelievable company. I have worked at Gap Inc and was the director of stores for 11 years. I understand customer service at its core. You are a very lucky company to have employees like both of these. You also have a customer for life with this wonderful adventure. Mark Haltzman was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Having large monitors synced with the sales people's laptop also added to the positive experience. Being able to provide the necessary documents ahead of time digitally made the actual purchase transaction much more efficient. Having genius Holly help set up the car initially was huge. Even though I had already read the 360+ pages of the owners manual, it saved me the headache of trying to navigate all the tech.

I have been a consumer of this Service Department for over 15 years for my 2 BMW hardtop convertibles. The service needed is always laid out in a video of their inspection of the car which is emailed to the customer prior to any work being done. Complex problems have been explained and have received the attention of the Service Manager who has contacted me directly where warranted, Most important is my resulting confidence in the work done.
