I had to have my car towed because I ran something over on the freeway on my way to work in Ontario which was 50+ miles away from home in Murrieta. When I got to the dealership, my amazing Service Advisor Alexandra Harmsen, had already completed the paperwork and had a loaner waiting for me when I got there! Talk about amazing customer service!
