Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. Once again when I buy my next BMW and it will be at Elmhurst BMW, it will be because of John and sorry salesman I’m dealing with John on that purchase even if he is in service!!!!!!!!

Great Experience overall!! I recently bought a 2025 Infiniti QX60 from this dealership. Overall a fantastic experience. Trevor made the entire purchase a seamless experience. Dave the GM went above and beyond to make sure I got the SUV I was looking for and that everything was exactly as I hoped it would be. They both followed up with me after the purchase to make sure everything was taken care of. The owner Greg also reached out during the buying process to make sure his team were taking great care of me. Overall it was a great experience. I got the car I wanted and the entire team were great. I'd definitely recommend them!

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. Definitely would recommend everyone I know to this location.

I was impressed with my advisor, CJ and my service person. I was not impressented with the oscillating pricing or how my tires were not cleaned after getting two new tires and an alignment. Also, my bottle of car air freshener w missing after my last visit.,

This review is focused on the customer experience with Patrick BMW and its staff. An initial inquiry about a vehicle via an online form led me to Ned Bentley. Shortly after submission of said form, Ned was quick to call me directly and promptly spent 40+ mins on the phone explaining the options available to me. After taking two weeks to mull it over, I finally visited the dealership to test drive the car in question. Ned kindly met me on his day off to execute the test drive and discuss pricing options. Ned was extremely transparent regarding the options available, quickly negotiated to meet my ask, and shortly thereafter, I was buying a vehicle from him. Picking up the vehicle a few days later was a walk in the park as well. I explained to Ned that I only had an hour to execute everything. Ned was able to expedite the paperwork process and had everything prepared for my execution upon my arrival. My experience at Patrick and with Ned was extremely frictionless and honestly, a pleasure.
