Great visit for an oil change. My service advisor was prompt, scheduled everything efficiently, and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The dealership was clean, had coffee, and a big screen TV to watch. Everything felt like in premium experience ves when I take my domestic cars in for oil change.

Entire dealership provided top level effort during sales, sevice, tech support and financial aspects of my new car purchase. This is the Fifth BMW that I purchased from this dealership and the sales experience couldn?t have been any better our salesperson, Jimmy L is one of the nicest easy-going person to deal with. He made sure every question and how to operate. The vehicle was answered. He even came in on his day off to make sure the car was reserved for our purchase. The other regional BMW dealerships are uncaring difficult and you?re just a number. Valencia BMW always provides great service. I?ve never once not been satisfied. My Service rep, Bob Rowland, was exceptionally courteous. I got a loaner car but my car was ready earlier than was projected - same day instead of 3-5 days.
