I could not ask for a better person to take my car to in times of need. Tim is an exemplary individual. Professionally, he is thorough, patient, and very competent in taking care of my service needs. He is a very good listener, and he will address my concern no matter the magnitude, until he finds a satisfactory solution. In several instances, he has brought in specialists to provide me with a satisfactory explanation and fixed the problem. Socially, I see Tim as a friend. He is very welcoming, respectful and with a great sense of humor. I am fortunate that I have such a reliable individual to work with.

Even on vacation he brokered the deal, arranged the test drive, and facilitated the process with his colleagues. I got a great deal and the entire process was seamless and transparent. I was in and out in less than 3 hours, including the text drive. They also arranged transport of my previous car back to my house. They?ve subsequently followed up to ensure I?m happy with the purchase and inquire as to any questions I may on the vehicle or service. Great process and great experience. A colleague lives near Sunrise Mountain but also purchased and services her BMW here because of the great service.

Overall very good experience. Attentive sales process, appropriate follow up and good financing offered thru BMW. Could have used more time going over all of the cars features and infotainment system. Only other issue was that car was delivered with substantially overinflated tire pressures - 48psi

Had a very good experience with Kelley Wilson. She provided information to me online before I ever came in. I wasn?t rushed in making a decision. She spent a lot of time going through the features of the vehicle. She?s also available if I need additional help. Learning all the features is a challenge but I know where to go if I can?t figure something out. Kelley was very professional and so very kind. I would go to her to buy again.
