I was in and out in less than 3 hours, including the text drive. They also arranged transport of my previous car back to my house. Overall very good experience. Attentive sales process, appropriate follow up and good financing offered thru BMW. Could have used more time going over all of the cars features and infotainment system. Only other issue was that car was delivered with substantially overinflated tire pressures - 48psi
