This dealership delivered a First in Class experience from start to finish. I found a car that was just obtained through a trade in, and the picture was not available yet. Based off the description and price, this vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. I submitted an inquiry online and received a call within a few hours. The sales manager followed up an hour later to ensure all my questions were answered. I went in for a test drive and signed a credit application. This occurred at 8:30 pm and we agreed to reconvene the next day to discuss financing. BMW of Carlsbad sent the financing terms I had requested on my initial visit. I came in today to see what was happening with my car and Mariana (my service advisor) was so welcoming, friendly and took care of me and my child while waiting on the status of my vehicle. Mariana also set up a driver to take us home (we don't stay close) and was very efficient. I forgot the name of the driver that took us home but he was friendly as well and held a nice conversation. Top tier customer service all around!

After satisfying all code requirements, Carlos educated me in great detail of the listed items required to restore my vehicle to mechanical perfection.
