It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

Before I got to the dealer the truck was sold. No problem with that. Someone got their first. What I liked is the dealer let me know before making a 80 mile drive the truck was gone. I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I worked with Ed, who went out of his way not only to reassure me that I had secured my spot as the buyer, but also provide me with photos and updates as the car went through the reconditioning and detailing process. Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. I had been reviewing your cars on your website for about a month. I had favored a 2023 X2 on the site. I tracked it for about a month. When I finally had some time I decided to come test drive it. When I arrrived with my friend, we walked the lot looking at all the different cars. We were greeted by Alex Dimov while looking for cars. I told him that I was looking for a particular car and he pointed it out right away. He asked me if I wanted to test drive it? and away we went. While we were driving we had very pleasant conversation. He is extremely easy to talk to and he made me feel comfortable. Once we got back we decided to explore maybe purchasing the car. We sat down talked business, did a lil negotiating of price and a deal was made. I have to say Alex made the whole transaction pretty much painless. It felt more like a conversation than a negotiation. He knows how to talk to people and make them feel comfortable in what some might say a is a stressful situation. I didn?t feel any stress or being uncomfortable during the purchase process. Once a price was agreed upon Alex introduced me to the finance guy?. Sorry I forgot his name. He was also very easy to talk to and kept it stress free. While I was with him, Alex had the car detailed and fueled. When i finished with finance Alex walked me over to my new car handed me the key and took pictures for me. He was very helpful in explaining how to operate the car. Lots of bells and whistles I never used before. Alex was so patient teaching me. He actually help me set up the Apple CarPlay and a few other things. He let me know if I had any other questions or concerns I could call him for help. The next day he did text me to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed any assistance. I feel lucky and blessed he was my Salesman. Such a pleasant, stress free and almost fun experience because of Alex.

Went in there for an oil change. Even though I had an appointment, waiting time was over two hours. Still, the overall experience was great. Nice waiting area with coffee and snacks!

The sales staff at Century West BMW was helpful in answering my questions about a vehicle I was interested in buying. Although we did not complete a deal, their helpfulness and level of service made my experience with them a pleasant one.

One thing I will say the price on the vehicle is set there is no wiggle room they are already priced low, I agree. What got me was no one was pushing me to buy the guy Alec who helped me take it out for a spin was freaking awesome and showed me some cool features. Antonio the sales rep got me a mind blower 2.49 financing I was sold.
