Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

02/02/23 They are the best!! I purchased a 2023 Qx55. I had looking at the car for some time as my old car was a 2018 Grand Cherokee. I was so impressed with the luxury of the car. It drives so good and feels like a glove that just hugs you. It has so many wonderful features and my team that I had: my salesman Brent Bell my GM Steve O'Kane my Service manager Dan Wissinger to all of the staff there. They are the best. Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

Jeff always provides excellent customer service! He responds promptly to any inquiry. Lounge for customers is clean and always stocked with snacks and drinks. Review videos from mechanics are easy to understand.

I came in today to see what was happening with my car and Mariana (my service advisor) was so welcoming, friendly and took care of me and my child while waiting on the status of my vehicle. Mariana also set up a driver to take us home (we don't stay close) and was very efficient. I forgot the name of the driver that took us home but he was friendly as well and held a nice conversation. Top tier customer service all around!

I recently took my BMW to the Charlotte location for my annual maintenance service and had a very smooth experience from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy and straightforward, with no issues at all. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and clearly walked through what to expect during the service. I was told the estimated wait time would be between one to two hours. The waiting area was decent. It is not on the scale of a large, luxury dealership, but it was comfortable and perfectly fine for what I needed. Surprisingly, the service was completed much faster than expected, in about an hour and five minutes. One thing I really appreciated was the communication process. I was told that once the service was completed, the technician would send a video showing the work that had been done and pointing out anything that might need attention. That process worked exactly as described. After I received the video, someone came to let me know my car was ready. Everything flowed smoothly with no hiccups or confusion. Overall, it was a positive and efficient experience, and I would definitely recommend this dealership for service and maintenance.
