Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

All good,until after sales. No follow up with questions asked about vehicle. Spoke to sales person and emailed her with absolutely no answers to my questions, even though I provided the documentation she had called me about. Frustrating and now I have to wait to see a manager once these snow storms clear and eats into my 90 day warranty.

This car went beyond my expectations. From the autobahns of Germany to the potholed, unrepaired streets and highways I have to drive here in the US along with avoiding those who drive without any regard for others being on the road my car has performed.

This car handles and drives like you float on the pavement. The V8 powerhouse for the size of the car gives it unbelievable power and it get great gas mileage. This car is at home on the Highway at speeds of 75 and better. I could swear the faster you go the more the car glues itself to the road.....unbelievable drive.

She stood by me from the start to the finish and kept reminding me that I will find the perfect new 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid, which I did. She went above and beyond in reaching out to me for anything I needed during the entire shopping experience. Her great attention to detail made sure that my specific sedan was a great fit for me. I purchased BMW 5 series and I’d say this is the Best car with good interior, performance and comfort. I definitely recommend this vehicle who are looking for luxurious sedan cars.

This is probably my ninth or 10th car and the best purchasing experience I?ve ever had. My sales representative Mike D was nothing but professional. There were no pressurizing sales tactics and the entire process from start to finish was simple and stress-free. I will return here for my next vehicle.

The only concern I had was. I got the car service and some additional work done which was excellent so far but don’t the dealer wash and clean car before giving it back !! Mine was completely dirty !!! Also the loaner I got was dirty too.

I live in Jersey City and come here for service like it’s my regular place. I drop off my Buick at night using the key drop and by morning they call with what they found, what was fixed, and the cost. No surprises, and the bill matches what they said on the phone.
