He reviewed my current warranty, clearly explained my coverage, and was able to schedule a same-day appointment for my brakes and an oil change. He walked me through everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made the process seamless. I especially appreciated receiving a video from the service department showing the maintenance that was performed. That level of transparency and communication really builds trust. Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.

Reuben Floyd was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward our 2024 Rav4. He was patient with some of our indecision but once we got to writing it up, he was very efficient and thorough. Came in late in day to look at several well priced. Salesman, Mark Green helped with his knowledge of vehicles and allowed me to leave lot with carfax reports of vehicles I was considering. Great sales experience. Service is also tops as I have had my current vehicle serviced once so far.

I just want to thank everyone involved with our new vehicle purchase!! From Marry (Sales) confirming the vehicle was ACTUALLY on the lot and personally holding onto the keys so no one else could grab them(!), to Christian (Sales Director) and his willingness to work with us to come up with numbers that worked for us both, to Jessi (finance) and her quick, friendly work getting us through our paperwork. Everyone was super friendly and professional. After the purchase we had to return for installation of running boards where we met John Ferrigno (service). Although we were told install would take an hour or two, he told us it would likely be longer - a little disappointing but we had the time to wait. Not even 1 hour later John came up to us to say our install was DONE!! He pushed it to the top of the list - what excellent customer service! And the final kudos goes to Mike Schmidt (service) who took my frantic call today when I couldn't get the liftgate to open or shut (stuck 1/2 way open) Although he tried to talk me through the process over the phone (for a good 15 minutes) I was really frustrated, so he guided me through the process of manually closing the liftgate (so I could get home) and said if we couldn't figure out how to reset it - he'd be glad to help out. Fortunately, we figured it out (lesson learned!) but his calmness and patience helped me not freak out. I don't think most people enjoy the process of vehicle shopping BUT this experience from start to finish was exceptional! Thanks Umansky!

This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

Their facility is clean, sales agent (Donavan Rene) is nice & responsive, but had so much misunderstanding on paperwork that we ended up spending a night in Houston. But the dealership paid for our hotel stay and uber. I?ll give them that. They?re worth giving a second chance.

This car is awesome where it matters most, under the hood!!! Quick response and acceleration, balanced, and tucks tight on a curve. Not bad for a Turbocharged 4 cylinder .
