Very new customer waiting area is clean and comfortable. However, the one and only snack machine would not accept dollar bills - I tried 3 different ones, five separate times. An employee also came by and tried 2-3 times, still was not accepted.

My Experience with NorthCoast Mitsubishi went very well. I came in as a walk in and Gary Gerts(sales professional) acknowledged me and helped me from there. I showed him the vehicle I was interested in and he took my information and got me started,..because it had snowed he personally cleaned off the vehicle showed me all the new gadgets and gadgets to working the vehicle and from there i test drove it. I've bought a lot of cars over the years and Alex and the management at Streetsboro VW made this the easiest purchase I can remember (except for the 500 mile drive to get there!). Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

Was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. After searching for a few days, ended up at Valley Motor. My salesman, Kevin, was very congenial and gregarious. Walked me through a few vehicles with a test drive in each. He wasn't pushy but was very eager to meet me where I wanted to go price and model wise. We struck a deal and signed some paperwork. I had unfortunately ran out of time that day, so had to pick up the vehicle the following day. Kevin was not working that day, but set me up with Kyle the previousday, who also did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my disabled father. I'll always remember a dealership, whether they treated me well or dropped the ball. Because of both Kevin and Kyle treating me so well, as well as my disabled father, I will definitely shop there when I need another vehicle.

This model line continues to amaze me as I trade them in every 5-8 years. The 2018 is the most improved of them all. If you've never driven a 5-series or a BMW for that matter, treat yourself!

Just a note about our Classic MINI experience on Saturday. Outstanding...start to finish!
