We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

I went into the dealership on a whim as I was not privy to the level of vehicle Volvo had been producing. Rafik, was extremely professional, patient and the ideal sales member. Rafik greeted me warmly and without pressure showed me the advantages of getting a Volvo. He made the car not only seem fantastic, but specifically fantastic for me. He stayed patient when we went over pricing and never seemed irritated, or pressured me during negotiations. He genuinely seemed to care that I left the dealership with a car I loved and a payment I was happy with. I had been visiting dealerships for nearly two weeks and Rafik’s demeanor was a breath of fresh air. I can say without a doubt that he was the best sales person at any of the dealerships I had dealt with. As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

He was an exceptional sales person throughout the entire experience. We quickly got to a very good price with no pressure or haggling and he walked me through all of my lease options. I really appreciated that as it was my first lease. Joseph was very responsive to all of my questions and requests and never hesitated to provide excellent service. This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

This dealership is wonderful, mostly became of my experience with Jacob!!! He is very welcoming and explains every detail of the vehicle, gives us time to say our thoughts concerns, let us test drive over 10+ vehicles in one day. And is then we found the one we liked which was a Toyota Corolla. He insured everything was good and made sure the mechanic on site re inspected the car. He gave us the best deal and worked with our insurance that was very difficult. Overall the car runs super good no issues what so ever. One thing I liked the most was how he texted us for two months to make sure everything was okay and following up with us. I would recommend this dealership only because of Jacob. !!!
