I recently had to bring my car in for an urgent check engine light issue, and I cannot speak highly enough about the entire service experience at BMW Concord. Dealing with an unexpected car issue is stressful, but the team here handled it in the most professional and attentive manner possible. My service advisor, Miguel, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that my service experience is excellent every single time. He is a true professional who genuinely cares about his customers. Even though Miguel was quite busy with his scheduled appointments, the service people who greet you outside were quick to take my information and expedite the process, which I greatly appreciated during an urgent visit. While I waited, I was incredibly impressed by the level of attention from the staff. Several people checked up on me and acknowledged that I was waiting—it made me feel valued and not forgotten, even during a busy morning. Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

I didn't purchase my Jetta from this dealership but I almost did and wish I did at the time but I wasn't ready at the time. I appreciated the low price offered. I appreciate only dealing with one salesperson even through the finance process. They were super friendly and not pushy and definitely didn't use the old sleazy dealership sales model of the past that most dealerships stand by. I recommend going to see them for your purchase if you want it to be pleasant.
