We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

I bought my mini there a few years back and got a great price from them on the purchase of my Countryman... no pressure, just honest dealing I continue to rave about the after sales service that South Bay continues to provie me. There is a new Mini Dealer closer to me in Santa Monica but I continue to drive 45 mins each way to SB, it is well worht the extra effort to me. I have never been disappointed with the care that has been extended to me. I need to give recognition to the service manager "Lino"... Even though my car is out warranty he is the main reason that I continue to bring my car to Southbay . He is very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to be certain that things are right for all of his customers...in fact, Lino and the service department will be the reason that when I am ready to purchase another Mini it will be because of the after sales servie etc. If you want a great price on a Mini as well as great service, South Bay in my opinion is the Only Way Best, Ben

I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle.
