Best driving BMW. Traded in 2013 550i. Torque, acceleration, & handling of new 540 surpasses my old 550. Could use more interior storage. The seats were slightly more Comfortable in my old 550. So far, I'm impressed with the new 540.

Pleasant, courteous, great asset to BMW. Then Sebastian Mursanzki who goes above and beyond with his professionalism. Sebastian os on top of the entire process and kept me well informed and was very accommodating as usual with providing me a great loaner. I just love my BMW North Naples. My service advisor Mr. Barry was very upfront and transparent with repairs that were needed for my vehicle. Repairs were done in a timely manner with prompt communication from Mr.Barry.

Mechanic was Very professional and friendly. Car was done in two hours, car runs good! It's took one year for a fuel pump recalled to get fix, but its got fixed and it's all good! Thank you!

One thing I will say the price on the vehicle is set there is no wiggle room they are already priced low, I agree. What got me was no one was pushing me to buy the guy Alec who helped me take it out for a spin was freaking awesome and showed me some cool features. Antonio the sales rep got me a mind blower 2.49 financing I was sold.

My car experience was excellent. I found my new car online and it was available at the Rockville dealership which is a nice facility. I was not at the dealership for hours.
