We were a little leary of dealerships and in the past feeling intimidated bad uncaring salespeople who treat you like your a number. We decided to go to Capital Chevrolet in Lexington as my friend had told me, her saleslady who's she's bought from for years had started working there, she has great reviews, credentials and Kim even showed us the commercials where she had been on TV and the internet. We pull up and to our suprise we are greeted with the warmest smile and welcome from the exact person we went to see, Trisha Hulin! I've never felt more welcomed at a dealership as I did that day. Immediately all of my fears melted away, without her speaking a word I knew we were in good hands and she was everything Kim said she was. She greeted us with a smile, opened our doors and even helped me get my elderly mother inside and seated. She Immediately ask if we'd like a beverage or a snack, it was like visiting family, we were treated like royalty and we felt important and appreciated. I had some credit struggles and was nervous about it but Trisha assured me that she would take care of us and indeed she did. She worked with such grace ,integrity and honesty every step of the way, she was dressed and carried herself very professionally, you knew she genuinely cared and was there to help us and guide us in the right direction. That lifted such a heavy weight off of my shoulders. Just knowing she was doing everything she could for us was such a blessing, I can see why she's highly recommended and everyone raves about her. She worked hard and diligently but, she got us approved for the vehicle that we wanted, me and mom were ecstatic. I admire her so much, for her love of helping others and with a smile on her face every step of the way. She has the sweetest spirit, very positive, she's beautiful and she went above and beyond to take care of us. I can never thank her enough for all of her hard work and determination. I also saw several of her new coworkers asking her for help and guidance and she didn't hesitate for one minute to lend a helping hand, this just isn't something you typically see at a dealership, she spoke highly of everyone, not one negative word from her even though we heard one of the managers make a rude comment towards her, that did leave a bitter taste in my mouth, but Trisha just smiled and kept moving. I have no doubt that there is challenging days for her, but her determination is that that I've never seen before in my 60 years. She took such great care of mom and I, and we are happy with our new Equinox, she took care of us from the very beginning and still calls to check in on us truly exceptional customer service and truly the best experience I've ever had. She is like family to us now and she truly made an impact for the good on me and mom that day. We will never buy from anyone else but her as Kim and so many other's do. Best car buying, service experience experience after 33 cars. Facilities excellent. Employees all polite and helpful except for the manager behind the glass. Best car in the US and possibly the world. Why go anywhere else for your next BMW. They are also a Group 1 dealership so they have buying power and can offer better prices on overall car deals, trade-in,etc.

I purchased the 540i xDrive with shadowline package in March 2022. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, The vehicle handles very well. Excellent acceleration. I love the option to be able to switch driving element from economy, comfort or sport. Driver assist works great; even on curves. There’s not much back seat room to move your feet, or if you have big feet, but overall a very comfortable vehicle. I can’t think of any other luxury sedan I’d select over it.

This dealership doesn’t negotiate price. I randomly walked in one day and Michel helped me out, he sent me different car options over a few days and ultimately helped me purchase a great car. It was a quick and easy process which I appreciated and also a no pressure environment which was nice.

Today, I purchased a Nissan Ariya at Auto Boutique. My salesperson was Lou Walker. Lou was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional and courteous. Unlike most used car salesmen, Lou was not pushy. He gave me the information that I needed to evaluate the cars of interest to me and the time to process the information. This was my first purchase at Auto Boutique and Lou made it very pleasant and stress-free. If you need a car, Lou is your guy!

Like the car, performance is all I expected, gas mileage is better than I expected, has had couple minor electronic bugs but dealer service excellent.

After getting the brush off at BMW San Diego we took the hour and a half drive up to Buena Park to look at a car we?d been eying online. We were immediately greeted upon driving up to the lot everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the process super easy. I have been visiting the Coral Springs Buick GMC since 2016, and what keeps me coming back is the excellence in customer service. For a while, I debated whether to purchase another vehicle. However, when I recently decided, the sales staff (Pierre Jean-Baptiste) and his supervisor (Kevon Logie) went above and beyond to ensure I received the vehicle I desired, helped me problem-solve when there was a delay with the bank payment, verified the rebate through ID.me, etc. For me, it was the level of patience, care, and understanding that made me leave with a purchase, of course, and reminded me of the experience and feelings of when I purchased my very first GMC. For context, it took me almost an entire week to buy the vehicle, not because of their failures, but because I wanted to make sure my son received my current GMC as his first GMC. Costco auto-buying and my bank suggested other dealer locations. Still, I was adamant about going anywhere else but this location, because I always leave feeling like a VIP because of the service. While I am giving out accolades, I definitely want to recognize the service department. I would not keep buying GMC if it were not for its impeccable service. I wish to acknowledge and thank Luis, who has had to put up with my demands, gripes, and frustrations since 2016, but has made sure my vehicle keeps running, even when I drove it from Florida to Virginia. I also want to thank Alex ~ I call him my after our mechanic with sooo much patience and understanding, which helps me all the time before closing with a flat, some diagnostic issue that comes up... I cannot thank Coral Springs Buick GMC enough for embracing me every time I show up as a VIP, and I will forever tell my friends to go there to get their vehicles.

Excellent performance and comfort. Rides well, quick and responsive. Hate the run flat tires, but other than that it is wonderful. I would suggest the industry not use run flat tires. Seems to have a shorter life and is a major pain if a flat occurs in a rural area.

I was very pleased with the sales and trade in process. Robert Cranston, Sales, Mike King, Finance, and Yari, BMW genius, were all very cordial, supportive, and knowledgeable. The only problem was with the final delivery as the promised detail was substandard. There were exterior areas that were unevenly polished and others that were not touched at all. This does not reflect well on the dealership despite my excellent experience with the sales process.

Best looking car on the road. Its is reliable and my whole family drives BMW's. I have always drove BMW's would not consider driving any other car. My husband bought him a BMW too.

Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

This is my first new BMW in 10 years. Although a few touches remain the same, the car is mostly a new design. The interior is sumptuous in the cognac color; the light package allows for a change in ambiance and feeling. There are three driving modes that add to the feel of the wheel and car. The new 48 volt electrical system overcomes the stop mode so that I can pull away from a stop with smooth ease. The engine is a power house with a smooth and potent turbo. I added the larger brakes with the red calipers for stopping and looks with the 19" wheels. Very happy with the purchase.

As usual the maintenance and repair services were easy and hassle free. All staff tht I encountered were pleasant and concerned that I was being helped.

Alec Moran did a fantastic job, explaining the vehicle package during the test driving. It was a very pleasant experience. We made our decision and in less than one hour we completed the purchase.

I recently bought a BMW 540i xdrive. It has ample acceleration, excellent handling on curves, a ride that is neither harsh nor floaty, and gets decent mileage. Wind and road noise are well suppressed, and the Harmon-Kardon stereo system is excellent. The built-in navigation system is also the best of those I've experienced. The trunk is adequate for vacation traveling, the rear seat folds, and there is adequate leg room for rear passengers. The only drawbacks are that the car was over-engineered with three different ways of doing almost everything: voice command, iDrive, and touch screen. The owner's manual is available online and in printed format, but the instructions are difficult to find and to follow. There are some features missing in a passenger car in this price and size segment: rear seat temperature control, and passenger seat memory. I also find the standard front seats a little narrow compared to the Volvo I had been driving.
