Like the car, performance is all I expected, gas mileage is better than I expected, has had couple minor electronic bugs but dealer service excellent.

I actually traded a 750i on this car. The 5 is a little smaller, less powerful, and has fewer features. It's also a lot less expensive, it drives better, and in my case it is quieter and has as good of a ride as the 7 did. It comfortably seats 4, 5 can fit, plenty of space in the trunk and it gets excellent mileage for the size of car that it is with a very powerful and smooth engine. I have no complaints. I've had no issues with the car.

For me, shopping for a car is challenging. I've had so many bad experiences with "used car salesman" that I find it difficult to believe or trust anything they say. (beware of Genesis of Mesquite) However, Eunise Medina, Patrick Cahill, Ryan, a BMW Genius, and the staff at BMW of Mckinney, sure made this BMW purchase was a great experience. EVERYBODY was so pleasant, courteous and helpful from the start. They went out of their way to answer questions, showed me printed reports, addressed any concern... I was in their very nice snack area looking for a drink and I muttered out loud, "where's a Coke" and a gent walking by overheard me and said he'd run upstairs to get me one. He was up the stairs and back in seconds with a Coke. I was astounded! The people alone were just great, and the way I was treated so special, it made buying a BMW from this dealership a no brainer. Best driving BMW. Traded in 2013 550i. Torque, acceleration, & handling of new 540 surpasses my old 550. Could use more interior storage. The seats were slightly more Comfortable in my old 550. So far, I'm impressed with the new 540.

Excellent performance and comfort. Rides well, quick and responsive. Hate the run flat tires, but other than that it is wonderful. I would suggest the industry not use run flat tires. Seems to have a shorter life and is a major pain if a flat occurs in a rural area.

Amazing dealership. Not only with initial purchase, but taking care of you with service afterwards when needed. I have heard a ton of horror stories about many dealerships and this one is hands-down the best. I bought my Telluride in 2021 and still today work with and see the same folks that were there before.
