From the moment we drove into the shop tell all work was completed we were told how long the the jobs would take and when we would be notified upon completion of the work…of course while we waited in the clean well stocked coffee water bar with newspaper or magazines to pass our time and extra clean restrooms. Has served me well.
I've put about 40k miles on it...bought as a CPO with 30k miles. It really has everything I look for in a car, styling, comfort, speed and breaking. One downside is the entertainment system when phone is used for music. Mine still looks new! Highly recommend.

Love my XDrive!
The only things that I have a problem with in this car are the cup holders and the Ergo nomics of the driver seat. You would think that the price and reputation of this car brand would be upheld in the attention they give to the comfort of the driver and passengers. Their rivals do it so well. Never stop trying to be number one.
