Everything is fine. Tall people beware getting into the backseat is a struggle. Middle seat is there but a/c would be between the person legs. Low to the ground you will feel every single bump in the ground. Pot holes are even worse.

I found a car that I wanted, emailed to hen a spoke to Philip on the phone. We arranged an agreeable price and I flew from Iowa to Atlanta, picked up to he car and made a "Road trip" home! Ryan P was absolutely amazing. From the time I showed up until the time my car was purchased was a total of about 30 minutes. We had had some discussion and had all my questions answered in advance before ever showing up… to include having a final out the door price quote. When I arrived he had everything ready, I test drove the car and came back in and told him I was interested in buying it. After I had already committed to buying it, I told him that I saw a small dent in one of the fender wells, and then there were some scratches that I noticed in the paint. He offered to have all of that fixed (even though I had already committed to buying the car and then had the car dropped off at my house about an hour away 2 days later. All at no extra charge. Because I was buying my first Tesla, he even took the time to show me how to set things up into the computer and get it registered with Tesla. He was phenomenal and would highly recommend him to anyone who’s interested in buying a car in the northern Virginia area. I would definitely come to him before buying a vehicle from anyone else. I’ve never been more impressed with another salesman.

I was an out of town buyer who eventually flew in from Columbus to pick up a new RAV4 Prime that I drove home to Ohio. Josh did a great job helping me through the process. He even picked me up at 7 AM at BWI - above and beyond. My only bad experience was a finance guy who thought it was silly that I wanted to know the reason for $5 extra and then hung up on me when got angry that he wouldn't explain it. Sure it was insignificant in the overall cost, but I just wanted to know what it was for.
